Excelente ubicación y muy tranquilo

Bien dans l'ensemble, belle piscine avec bar et transat. Chambre assez grande avec cuisine équipée et petit canapé. Bon Wi-Fi, petit-déjeuner copieux, staff aimable. Parking extérieur gratuit. Serviette propre.

I want to say thank you to all the lovely staff especially Gianni who made our stay feel very at home. I felt everything about the hotel was to a high standard , and will definitely return. My two girls of 18 and 17 years enjoyed their stay and that was a major win.

Just back from a fabulous relaxing week away. This was my second visit and won't be my last. Apartments are clean and very spacious. Food is some of the best all inclusive I've ever had. The drink is lethal so take your time. Very healthy measures. Staff are very hard working and always pleasant and helpful. With one exception. The blonde lady that works the bar, although very hard working is abrupt and gives the impression you're annoying her if you ask for a drink. All in all a great chilled week away.

Great 10 days here. As cheaper you do get the odd people that try to get meals and drinks who are not all inclusive which were caught. Shower hot, food good, staff great, always cleaning, pool cold but clean and entertainment great considering spanish , english ,french and other people there. Great cheap getaway but don't expect the ritz. They do their best.

La experiencia a sido por el personal de restaurante y piscina súper bien. Con la comida del buffet no había variedad siempre lo mismo e incluso sin sabor la comida, los postre dejaban que desear siempre lo mismo en las 3 noches y los 4 días siempre hubieron los mismo postre. La habitación muy bien amplia, la cocina muy bien equipada. La limpieza la verdad que 0 todo sucio no se esmeran mucho en limpiar. Por el resto todo bien.

Que dire....bin catastrophique on a perdu 2kg tellement la nourriture étais mauvaise la piscine gelée activités inexistante et animation 0 l'hôtel est très mal situé il faut prendre le navette avec pas énormément de créneaux bref à fuir ..

Sorprendido por la gran mejoría que he visto en este hotel en los últimos años, se nota que mantenimiento se ha puesto las pilas para conservar y mejorar unas instalaciones que estaban muy anticuadas. Sin duda por calidad precio, ahora si es un hotel para tener en cuenta.

First the good, the staff are great helpful and friendly. The lady blond hair in the bar and sometimes the restaurant. Very efficient and hard working. The restaurant seemed to be more organised when Layneth? not sure on spelling was on duty, (another very efficient worker) food filled, areas cleaned, tables cleared etc. The rooms are dated but cleaned daily with change of towels. Reception staff helpful nothing to much trouble. The pool area is nice and well maintained, plenty of sunbeds. Wifi was hit and miss, not able to use at times Food ok very repetitive, could be hotter but there is a microwave. A Chinese night and a Mexican night. Food is plentiful, Snacks at the pool bar in the day. Not much of a drinker but the drinks and cocktail I had were nice. Entertainment, not great too loud to be enjoyable and the entertainer spoke far to quickly for you to understand. Not enough tables in the bar area. All Inclusive finishes at 11pm but you are served with paper cups after around 10.20 ish, then just after 11pm (within minutes), you are told the bar area is closing, quite rudely on one occasion by the security. They start to clean the bar area around 10.30, cleaning the drinks machine etc so you then can't get a hot drink if you would like one. If you finish serving at 11 you should at least be given time to enjoy your last drink without being ushered out within minutes. Nothing really in the area, think there were a couple of bars but didn't seem to be anything more. There is a shuttle bus to the shopping centre and beach during the day at set times. A Taxi to Caleta de Fuste is less than 5 euros worth it for a night out. Bus stop round the corner, reception will provide ta time table.

Hotel situato in posizione ottimale per gurare l'isola inoltre è vicinissimo all'aeroporto. Il quartiere dell'hotel non ha niente di interessante, giusto qualche altro hotel ma nulla di che anzi c'è una struttura incompiuta davanti che dà quell'atmosfera un po' horror... Scherzi a parte la camera che ci è stata assegnata era pulita, con bagnoschiuma/shampoo dispenser in doccia e il kit cortesia dei saponi. Biancheria pulita e venivano cambiati gli asciugamani quasi tutti i GG. Struttura non nuovissima. La camera volendo disponeva di una piccola zona cucina con microonde, frigo lavello ecc.. mai usata avendo all inclusive. La cucina al terzo piano è stata l'unica nota dolente. La clientela era prevalentemente inglese/ tedesca/ irlandese quindi i pasti erano un po' adattati alla clientela. La sera ci sono le varie serate tematiche con pietanze "tipiche". Da italiana forse sono più esigente rispetto ad un inglese rispetto al cibo, ma la cosa che più non mi è piaciuta era il buffet delle verdure. Verdure per la gran parte in scatola, di fresco solo insalata, cetrioli e a volte pomodori. Dei tre pasti la colazione era assolutamente la migliore. Piscina gelata ma super pulita e anche la zona intorno la piscina molto pulita. Comunque complessivamente consiglio questa struttura, ci tornerei.
