Rubbish hotel. Our room 137 only room in hotel WiFi didn't work, complained for 3 days hubby even spoke to someone in malaga about it. Nothing done. Room needs damn good deep clean!! Housekeeping awful. Rooms need painting too!garden awful

Don’t listen to the bad reviews this is a lovely hotel staff were very good and helpful rooms were very clean and had everything you needed as usual all inclusive food gets a bit boring but always a good selection The beds are amazing. You get what you pay for with this hotel.We really had a nice week here

Good points ...the hotel itself was clean, room was clean. Very comfy beds and pillows in fact the comfiest pillows I've ever had on holiday abroad. The staff are all lovely we were only there 4 nights so never got to speak to everyone. Breakfast was also lovely. We had room 322 overlooking the pool our balcony was big and we got the sun from 1st thing in the morning till about 1ish, by which time it was over the full pool area. Bad points. The pool area is very unkempt. The tables at the snack bar were never cleaned. The food at the snack bar sat in a warm bain Marie for 2hrs. Sweaty toasties burgers and chips to help yourself to. The sunbeds were old, most broken and filthy. They were stacked on top of each other at night and padlocked. Then a pool guy unlocked them in the morning around 9.15 for everyone to get their own. So they were everywhere, no lines of sunbeds around the pool.. Just where people wanted them. This must be a nightmare in the busy months. The drinks are served in paper cups which I understand around the pool area but also at the bar inside at night. When I asked for a glass one night I was told it was a 3 star hotel and they only gave glasses to people who pay.. did the bar man think I'd gotten my all inclusive holiday for free? (he also informed me that glasses are expensive to replace if broken).. The cups are pathetic, they go soft after 5 min. The lunch and dinner choices are sparse... the salad options were the same nearly every day. We didn't stay in the hotel for any entertainment, but I will say there was a new head entertainment guy there the day before we came away and people who had been there for over a week had said what an improvement he was. This was a.. let's use up the last of our annual leave holidays . We enjoyed getting away for a few days tho and the weather was lovely. I wouldn't return to this hotel unless the points I've mentioned about sunbeds and drinks were rectified

Reception and pool OK. Apartments need tlc very dated in need of repairs. Found peanuts on sofa not good if allergies. Also terrace littered with cigarettes. Overall holiday was ok staff friendly and food nice. Would go back but not to this hotel

This hotel was the dirtiest hotel I've ever been too. You can't check in until 3, so when your coach drops you off at 12, you've got to wait. Our room was dirty and we had towels left for us from the previous guests. You cannot sunbath until 10 until 6. Why are you locking the beds up and not letting guests enjoy their holiday. The hotel takes over 300 guests but the 1 buffet and 1 inside bar takes approx 100 people. What do the other guests do? Everything is served in very thin paper cups. The pool area i agree but in the buffet and bar is not acceptable. The food was awful. Not much choice. Very repetitive and stone cold. We paid extra to go all inclusive and we had to eat out every night that added an extra £400 to our holiday. The first day we got there, there was a couple that were very drunk and the lady was swearing at her husband and pushing him to guests that were sunbathing. The reception staff had to threaten the couple with calling the police. To sum your hotel up. It was a dirty place for homeless drunks. I would never return to this hotel and I will make sure that people know never to come to this hotel.
