Very clean staff were so helpful I would have loved to stay longer but expensive x

Recently got back from a week staying at this all inclusive hotel, previously I was a regular attendee at the all inclusive Caleta gardens, however has since closed down. overall I have to say was an enjoyable experience, miles better than Caleta garden (for those who have attended) the staff were brilliant and friendly, the rooms were not bad, no air con, but slept with the windows open, not a problem. The pool was nice and there was plenty of space to get a sunbed. I thought the food was ok throughout the holiday (don’t expect Michelin star standard) only disappointment was the desserts were pretty basic and the same every night. There was an issue that other guests were having with a life guard which didn’t affect us thankfully. I would recommend hiring a car (which we did from the airport) as it’s at least a 30min walk across the sea front to Caleta de fuste as there is virtually nothing to do nearby. I would happily go back again

La habitación, buffet y zonas comunes, dejan mucho q desear, el personal de recepción, en in principio no me caso, me he sentido estafado ( por booking), una vez llega el director Jose Carlos, todo ha cambiado para mejor, aunque iba en principio por 3 noches.. lo abandonamos al dia siguiente Les deseo lo mejor

Don't listen to all the bad reviews, go and check out the hotel for yourself. Recently returned from a week at the Elba Lucia with my daughter, we were a bit worried after reading some of the negative remarks, but I think you have to remember it is a 3 star, so don't expect 4 or 5 star facilities. The staff are very friendly and work extremely hard, especially Johnnie on the entertainment team, the whole place was friendly. The pool area is lovely, plenty of beds and space. The food was always hot, unlike as stated by previous reviews from people, there was always plenty, but a limited choice, a vegetarian may struggle. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the showers are good, though the rooms could do with a lick of paint. The whole place could probably do with an update, but overall we had a good week and I would return. It is only cosmetic problems, these don't affect you sleeping in the room. The coast path to Caleta de Fuste is worth a walk, look out for the chipmunks.

The rooms need updating and our back door did not lock fully which was not great as on ground floor. The pool and staff were great, but the sundbeds were chained up till 9.30 am and the pool closed at 6pm which i think is early. The food was ok, nothing amazing and sometimes struggled to find something to eat. I felt like we ate the same food all week!. We had a miserable life guard who took the fun out of being in the pool, we were not allowed to splash, sit on the edge, take our phones in , drink near the pool or make to much noise !!! A complaint was made and we never saw him again !!. Overall for what i booked it for it was fine but i dont think i would go back again.

Personal y hotel estupendos. Ambiente familiar, hotel acogedor y con muchas actividades. Le faltaria un poco de renovacion pero valio la pena por calidad precio siendo un 3 estrellas. Todo el personal compreso el director, muy amables y super disponible. Recomiendo

The room was tired, outdated and without aircon. Pool area was great! The food was not good, my daughter barely ate anything. The lifeguard was very rude, swearing at everyone, giving the middle finger to guests in front of children, was shouting at everyone in Spanish and made all the guests very uncomfortable and wanting to move hotels. Hotel staff were brilliant. The hotel as a whole needs updating

Pictures look nothing like what it looks like in real life! Very run down! Food choice is very poor and bland and desserts are the same every night, cleaners don’t clean just do beds and fresh towels. Was only aloud bottle water at evening meals so had to buy at shop! Had to pay for the safe key!! Plus no A/C but could hire a fan €10 for the week! Staff are very lovely! The area is very nice and will visit again but not at this hotel
