I had a great time at Hotel Costa Caleta. First off, the rooms and common areas were super clean. The housekeeping staff really kept everything spotless. The hotel could use a bit of TLC and maintenance though. Some parts looked a bit worn out and could do with some updates. But overall, it was still nice. The bar staff were impressive, always cleaning the drink areas which kept everything hygienic. Entertainment was fantastic. There was always something fun going on, whether it was live shows, themed nights, or activities. The all-inclusive food was generally great. Tons of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If the food was bland, there were spices and sauces to jazz it up, though I found it tasty. The staff were amazing - really helpful, polite, and focused on making sure we had a good time. I would definitely come back to Hotel Costa Caleta. The cleanliness, great staff, fun entertainment, and delicious food made my stay enjoyable, even if the hotel could use a bit of maintenance. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Costa Caleta for a nice vacation.

March was my 2nd visit to this hotel, and I had a lovely time. I was All Inc and the Breakfast great, proper English Sausages with a great selection of everything else. The food on an evening was so much better than when I stayed in 2024, a lot more choice on the cooking stations. The tiny kids pool was not open, but the 2 other large pools were and the water was so warm. Yes it can get a bit crowded around the pools, but for Adults there is the roof top area which I absolutely love. There is a little help yourself bar, which has soft drinks and lager on tap. It is such a beautiful suntrap, it was a shame that the little plunge pools were closed off, but hey this was winter season so can't have everything. The entertainment did there best to keep the fun going and work hard. For a 3* AI hotel you can't go wrong, just a short 3 minute walk between the Barcelo Hotels and you are at the main beach and bars. Over all this hotel is my visit was fabulous and yes I will be going back again next year if I can

Especial mención a Ana una de las animadoras que con su saber estar y su don de gentes hizo que nuestra estancia pasara de estancia normal a una estancia muy agradable.Hace falta más gente como ella en muchos hoteles.Lo digo como profesional en turismo.

No poolside ladies toilets pool area not cleaned for 10 days till rep jet two was told no life guard for 4 days round pool as they was not paid for over two months standard has dropped from last September even food standard had dropped going to this hotel on a regular period since 2012 no loyalty for years if using this hotel last year 9 years was spent last year at this hotel best this is staff they work hard & are brill over worked will not return to this hotel try yourself but u will not enjoy we feel after years which we did enjoy not any more

Me llamo María Victoria,nos ha encantado la estancia aquí. Recepción excelente. Variedad de comida en buffet buenísima. Camareros muy atentos y amables, al igual servicio de cafetería. Y por supuesto nos ha encantado la animación, Anais, Julio y Ana forman un gran equipo. Muy simpáticos y divertidos, tanto en la noche como en el día. Volveré sin dudarlo!

This hotel has some big maintenance issues but if it weren't for them it's a decent enough hotel for the money. The issues are the kids pool and pools on the 4th floor are out of order. Both of the ladies toilets round the pool are out of order (the hotel advise that there are others nearby which is fine if you don't mind using the disabled one or going into the building) one of the lifts for the 4th floor doesn't work. There are not enough sunbeds and they are worn out and uncomfortable, management claim they have plenty if you ask so why not just put them all out then?? Broken tiles round the pool, in the restaurant and on the stairs are sharp and dangerous. There are poor signs for the snack bar and when we got there the food was all cold but this did improve. Much of the crockery has large chips out of it. Our room was compact but comfortable and overlooked the pool area and was quiet. The hotel is very clean everywhere, the cleaners work tirelessly. We found the food to be ok. Plenty of choice at all mealtimes. Self service hot and cold drinks available all day.The pools are heated in the winter months which was lovely. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the coast line and shops/cafes, 10 minutes to beach which is huge. Entertainment was hit and miss.

AVOID like the plague staff rude and unhelpful No manager to speak too. Sunbeds have no adjustable head rest sunbeds really uncomfortable . Rooftop terrace no bar service both pools out of use and so is baby pool. No kettle or phone in rooms paint peeling from building looking shabby. Would rate as zero if possible. If you're all inclusive cocktails are from a machine that are watered down and undrinkable. To have a proper cocktail they are expecting you to pay for. Entertainment rubbish had to tell a member of staff lift broke they didn't even put out of use on it. not getting a service that youve paid for, food in restaurant look warm, they make you feel like a inconvenience. AVOID

Hotel is very clean, staff at reception will do anything to help and make your holiday good for you, the rooms are clean. Beds are very comfortable, bedding changed. Towels changed whenever you ask for them to be, the only thing the room lack is a kettle (which I took) and maybe a fridge, food not always hot but warm (there is a microwave) and very repetitive. The barstaff are very good making sure the holiday makers are served quickly with a Smile. I feel for the entertainment staff (but they are the best ) Rudie, Julie, Alessi, Justin, who was training and Rudie was amazing with her explaining everything to her, and praising her which was lovely yo see they could do with some new updated equipment and maybe a few more live entertainers (not there fault probably the entertainment budget) all for four of them are amazing with children would I ho again yes , very good location to the beach shops restaurants yhis was a lazy holiday doing nothing with afriend, try the Indian just up the road from the hotel, also the goose n lurking cafe in yhe square do a good English breakfast

Clean, great staff. Food options are pretty good. Although vegetables often cold. People waiting for the grill chefs block access to buffet items which could be sorted by better placement of items, queuing away from food a little. Check in a little disorganised with some waiting hours for rooms while others arrive and get rooms straight away. Should be first come first served unless a specific room has been requested. Ignore the bad reviews it's a good 3 star option.
