The accommodation needs updating and needs TLC until they get round to it. It is very clean, staff are friendly and happy to help. where we had fridge and kettle need to have double plug, they was quick and gave me a extension lead to use both together. it a shame bar inside not opened as we had windy nights and we was sat pool bar with patio heaters on which i didnt do. Lovely that in your accommodation you are told about put your towels down around the pool, that they get removed if not being used so no blocking sunbeds. could do with some paperwork for you to keep on your visit on what time you choice for meals and also what time snacks available on the all inclusive. It a lovely touch that you get a towel for you to use at the pool i not been to hotel that gives you them.. Food is good for a 3star only thing would be a problem in higher season is only 1 toaster in dining room. I full enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again.. YOU ALL SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOURSELF XX I know people have put about road outside but the hotel can not be held responsible for this as it down to council..

Une semaine passée mi juin 2025 avec ma fille de 22 ans Hôtel calme (moyenne d’âge assez âgée, bcp de retraités), très bien situé (10 mn de la plage et proche des commerces et restos), proche de l’aéroport . Chambres désuètes mais fonctionnelles, pas de climatisation mais nuits fraîches. Salles de bains pas vraiment nickel (carrelage sale, fond de baignoire bosselé, porte sale autour de la poignée) Buffets : petit-déjeuners très bien, déjeuner et dîner corrects (bars à salade bien, plats moyens), ambiance un peu cantine (pas mal de bruit) Piscine : pas très grande mais propre. (Assez fraîche donc pas trop de monde) Un bon point : pas de transats réservés 3h à l’avance, sans personne dessus (les serviettes sont enlevées par le responsable). De nombreux hôtels devraient s’en inspirer ! Un bémol, le bracelet est coupé dès le retour des clés à 12h donc pas de possibilité de profiter du buffet tout inclus au déjeuner avant le départ sinon 15€ (alors que lors des excursions, nous n’avons pas déjeuné à l’hôtel) Le plus désagréable a été de m’apercevoir à l’aéroport que mon billet de 50€ n’était plus dans mon porte-monnaie, alors qu’il y était le jour d’avant. Sinon personnel très agréable et serviable

I stayed here on all inclusive with 6 friends and it was amazing. You get what you pay for and for a 3 star hotel it was fabulous. Staff are lovely, so friendly and helpful, the cleaners do a great job. The hotel is so clean and the pool is cleaned daily, always see a staff member working, never saw one off them just standing around. The food has a good choice, get there early though as it goes fast, the restaurant is bright and clean. The hotel is n the perfect location, for shops, beach, bars just far enough away for peace and quiet and omg the scenic walks are just breath taking. 5 off us had late check out and kept 1 room with wristbands and was only 20euros each, bargain, so we ate and drank all day, as we had a late flight and showered before leaving. I will be returning again, with the same friends. Loved it ❤️❤️❤️ Anyone that moans about this hotel.are expecting to mych for their money and should pay for more than a 3star, that is absoulutely outstanding for the price.

Not enough sunbeds, if u leave for the toilet they move all of your things.luke warm food, poor choice in the restaurant (if u can call it that) Rude manager, patronising and dismissive. Kids not allowed floats in the pool! dirty shabby rooms,

We booked through ON THE BEACH , 3 adults and I child . Promised transfer to hotel fro airport , dropped at end of street nowhere near hotel ! Paid for all inclusive , the food last night was Disgusting ! Had to go and eat out , after a long day travelling . Bed was hard as a rock , Room dirty and shabby , Outside door does not lock unless lifted and maniuvered . Bathroom drains smell My grandaughter aged 9 was advised not to have her floaty in the pool . We went to have lunch , came back , all our belongings and towels were moved , and glasses that we need tokens for had been taken away . The manager said he wanted to see my daughter in his office , she is 40 to explain rules of the hotel , she refused , more people were complaining to us about the standards, the food and his attitude , they have all had to eat out ! HE advised us that we could not lunch together , someone has to guard property around pool! We have spent all our hard earned cash to come here , and it is very very poor standard , it is alike to a run down Butlins holiday camp Another lady who was close to us , posted a bad review My family and I will not be returning and it is only our first day here .
