Fui para un fin de semana de descanso pero no pude descansar, dormir es imposible. Desperté con mi cuerpo lleno de hormigas pequeñas. Estaban por todos lados pero sobretodo en la cama. Intenté quitarlas y volver a dormir pero fue inútil. Volvieron cada vez.

Very welcoming people working there and the location is really nice and close to the hotel specially beach, compare to the price it is worth it for low cost holiday. The atmosphere very friendly and polite. At the beginning of out stay the lift didn’t work but the day after was working. The food was average and not too much different taste but we were happy . Thanks

Bathroom was disgusting, leaking, towels dirty, shower curtain was held to ceiling by a string. Rooms dirty. Rock hard beds/pillow. Food un eatable - stale/undercooked. Drinks ran out. No point In paying all inclusive for no food/drinks

TerrorMar Hotel some local bar staff call it. Unhelpful reception staff, booze fuelled punters, loud karaoke below my room. Food was cold and very poorvsekectionnof dereals. No hot drink at libchtime or withvevening dinner in tge dining room. Never again. I do not revommend it.

Avoid, lift out all week,did hear been out of action for a while,but think so many complaints it was actually working day came home,food is not labelled, so if got allergy or intolerance no good,ask staff what food is they shake heads,was there for week with my partner she was so upset she wouldn't go in pool as day she was going go in,bunch drunken men dive bombing in pool,staff did nothing ,partner insisted we were going out everyday, so really wasn't all-inclusive, it's not a place for families, nothing for children or adults,don't expect alot for budget hotel,but this hotel is diabolical, as for drinks wouldn't bother,run out plastic cups and alcohol regularly wouldn't even give it one star

IL start with the good points as there's not many, the hotel is in a good location close to the centre and the beach and our room was clean.The hotel is in desperate need of a refurb, on the 1st and 2nd night we had no Aircon and was told we just didn't have it, on the 3rd day it started working. The rooms are very basic the beds are very hard with just one water thin pillow each. The walls are very thin and you have to listen to EVERYTHING going on next door. The clientele mainly consists of a certain kind of ignorant Brit ( think Jeremy Kyle contestant) clearly there to make use of the all inclusive drinks who think coming on holiday means taking one from looking after their kids also. The pool looks so filthy that I didn't dare go in in fear of what illness I'd come out with. The food is basic but edible nothing is labelled though so could be a problem if you have allergies or intolerance. We were only staying for 3 days and just used it as a base to explore the area, had we'd of been staying longer then we probably would of looked at other alternatives

SHOCKING!!!! Absolutely shocking. Water pouring through lights at evening meal. Running out of cups so refused drink. Soft drinks machine not working in restaurant so no soft drink unless you pay. Shocking staff. Food is atrocious! AVOID

Calella beautiful,hotel wants knocking down,staff friendly but lie threw back teeth,lift out order,keep saying next day be fixed,learnt it been out order since last August,food you get something,be cold and if you got allergy god help you all unlabelled,room is okay reported to travel company
