Fui para un fin de semana de descanso pero no pude descansar, dormir es imposible. Desperté con mi cuerpo lleno de hormigas pequeñas. Estaban por todos lados pero sobretodo en la cama. Intenté quitarlas y volver a dormir pero fue inútil. Volvieron cada vez.

Worst Hotel i have ever stayed in. Food disgusting, staff rude. Don't waste your time even booking. Also no air conditioning. Rooms are aged and not very clean.

There has been loads of poor reviews on this hotel and I have to disagree with them all. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in was easy and quick and we were told in advance that we would only have access to the all inclusive up to 12 but we were checking out early on our last day so not a problem. Food was lovely , all cooked and juices and coffees and booze available with meals. Tjer was not a massive choice but me and my wife never had a problem and more than happy with food. Our room was a really decent size and yes it was a bit outdated but no different to many hotels we have stayed at with this price bracket. Air con would have been nice and maybe if I wanted to find a moan that would be it. Pool was lovely and there was always plenty of space and beds available. No queues at bar and again the drinks were ok for all inclusive. They were cold as ice was always out in and there yes the local pop is not great but it's the same in most places. I would defo recommend to couples maybe not families but it's a good location and beach was amazing and only 5 mins walk. Lots of poor reviews but we had a awesome 8 nights and was a lovely little budget hotel. So there are loads of poor reviews but I would say from some picky people considering the price I would recommend. The staff say it is busy in August so might be different as it is a small pool area but the beach is close. Give it a go

Ok. So hotel is tired but it’s clean and staff are extremely welcoming. Fantastic location for everything in calella. Always a good choice for food and drinks Don’t believe the negative reviews what do people really expect for the price Aircon in the rooms was excellent No where was too busy and no que at bar or food service We will be back

I read the reviews but we normally make our own minds but we really made a mistake with this hotel. Some staff were very unpleasant, the rooms were falling apart, the bathroom ceiling looked like it was patched up after falling down. Also advertised as rooms having air con but there was none. The food was absolutely awful and the same food was served all week. The bar ran out of Vodka so my partner had to go to the local shop & buy 5 bottles through the week and shared it with other hotel guests. The bar food - bacon, burgers & hot dogs were full of fat & microwaved & was the same all week. We ate lunch & dinner out 6 days despite being all inclusive. A few other guests eat food at the hotel & then had food poisoning!! A guest was sick in the pool & no one came to clear it up! The bar shut early & we went back to another guests room for a drink and the next day was asked to leave the hotel with other couples, 1 person being disabled. My partner was So pleased to leave, it was that bad! There was only karaoke on 2 nights for entertainment As bad as it was we met some lovely English people.

Was worried after terrible reviews absolutely lovely hotel basic rooms but super clean (didn’t pay a lot ) food really good no burgers or nuggets staff couldn’t do enough reception and bar Pool vibe lovely always got a sunbed. It’s not 5star it’s cheap and cheerful but they go above and beyond to make what they have nice. Major bonus it’s on the beach. It’s a low budget hotel that provides a simple service but done well.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel I had a really bad experience at this hotel. The food was awful — I actually got food poisoning from the buffet meal. The pool area was chaotic, overcrowded, and there weren’t nearly enough sunbeds. The cleaning staff were very thorough, but unfortunately, they moved furniture around during the night, which kept us awake — not exactly helpful when you're trying to rest. To make things worse, there was no air conditioning in the building, which is unacceptable, especially when there are children staying there. All in all, this was a terrible stay. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I regret to say that my stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. The room was extremely basic and lacked essential amenities such as air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot and difficult to sleep. Despite inquiring about air conditioning, no alternatives were offered. The food was subpar at best, and I found myself eating out every day due to the poor quality of the meals provided. During my stay, I observed at least four other families check out after just one night, opting to relocate to a different hotel, which speaks volumes about the experience. While one of the bar staff was friendly, the rest of the team appeared uninterested and unhelpful, which added to the overall negative atmosphere. On the final day, my access to food and drinks was abruptly cut off at noon, even though my check-out time was later, leaving a sour impression. The property itself is in desperate need of renovation, and the overall feel of the place was reminiscent of a hostel rather than a hotel. Given the level of service and amenities, I would not consider returning or recommending this establishment to others.

Ich verstehe manche nicht die hier eine Bewertung abgeben. Meine Buchung beinhaltete Halbpension. Und das Buffet war in Ordnung. Man darf nicht vergessen, dass es sich um ein preiswertes Hotel handelt und auch all inclusive Gäste bewirtet werden. Das wirkt sich zwangsläufig auf die Qualität aus. Aber für mein Empfinden war es in Ordnung. Was nicht in Ordnung war, ist die Qualität des WLAN. Die war nicht schlecht, es war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Ich hatte noch nie in einem Hotel ein so schlechtes WLAN. Nicht mal im tiefsten Hinterland von Nepal. Und was ich als absolute Zumutung empfand war, dass ich für den late-checkout für ein Einzelzimmer 80 Euro bezahlen sollte. Das Gleiche gilt für die Nutzung des Zimmersafes. Der kostete für eine Woche 30 Euro.
