We booked this hotel from June 16 to 21, booking a *Comfort Room with half board*, for which we paid extra. Upon arrival, we were given a *Standard Room* instead. The *initial mistake was understandable*, and the reception staff acknowledged it quickly. They offered us water while waiting and promised a resolution. Unfortunately, the *second room we were given was significantly worse* than the first: much smaller, with mold on the walls, no view (only the back of a nearby building), and a sink inside the room itself. It became clear that *this wasn’t a mistake anymore, but a lack of customer orientation* — especially since the decision came from the *manager*. All this is situation where we mentioned that my husband has suffered and medical surgery and we can not sleep with mold on the wall - is high risk The *receptionist was kind, polite, and genuinely tried to help*. She even suggested an alternative: a *Standard Room on the top floor*, which had a nice view and was actually better than the so-called Comfort Room. However, the manager showed no willingness to accommodate us fairly. We were eventually *refunded the price difference*. Overall, a disappointing experience that does not reflect the quality or professionalism expected from a hotel in this category, clear not 4 star hotel
