The place is conveniently located with cute rooms!
however the hotel manager and the so called night manager are taking the hotel down. Cockroaches running in the room. The generator does not support the air conditioning. Still going fine! the night guy would not want to look into your problems since his sleep is more important than the electricity issue. You get up and go to the hotel manager and the reply you get is “ab kya kare sir, aap complimentary breakfast lelo. ” the hotel can do much better if only both the manager and night guy are fired!

Pro : located in prime area. Everything is accessible. Rooms are good
swimming pool access is good con : breakfast menu can be improvised for the amount charged. Also entire hotel is small when compared to other places with the same price (price may be due to prime location) if we are not opting for breakfast and trying to stay in prime location. We can prefer this hotel. Good stay

For 12 rooms, they hardly have 3 staff members. When we reached there on 29th and parked the vehicle, i was asked to move the car to a different location. After sometime, same parking was used by other customer. There were hesitation in giving towels and napkins, especially when we had booked tor 4 members. They don’t have a proper restaurant. When asked for milk for kids, it was told that its not in package. As a work around we asked for coffee, with powder separate. Then they gave milk in cup which we utilised for kids. When asked for toast, reaction was kitna chahiye? the staff gave 4 toasts for 7 members. Then we asked for more, again question was auro kitna? the room boy told that cleaning will be done only when there is less rush. Then he cleaned the room without our knowledge. All wallets and mobiles were in the room. Nothing was taken but things were happening at will of those 2-3 staff members. They are highly understaffed. One of the staff member was drunk on duty. Overall pathetic experience.

▶️tv was there but sports channel was missing.
▶️food was average compared to price which was too expensive.
▶️staff is very cooperative.
