FabHotel de Alcazar

We had paid 18000 for two nights for three people. Of course it being a New Year’s Eve we understood the price hike for such a mediocre property, but oh my god little did we know what we were heading into. First things first the hotel room didn’t have basic stuff like a kettle or some soap. But when we called and asked for two towels , they refused to give one extra , Not only did they refuse the staff snatched the towel from my friends hand. I have never had this experience when the hotel staff behaves so rudely over something as simple as a towel. The next day no one even came to clean the room , legit no one came , why did we even bother to pay for two days then , they didn’t even get us new towels nothing. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast, the only good thing was coffee. Not much variety, it was a task to eat and the scrambled eggs were sweet 😖😖. One more group that had come had bought their own cuppa noodles , the breakfast here is so bad. Usually even if the hotel is bad you tend to let go because of the nice staff, but even that was a total bad experience. After they snatched the towel the lady was talking loudly about us only right outside our door. It was really pathetic. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
