Ibis Calama arvostelua

I recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and efficient staff made me feel welcome. Check-in was seamless, and they did me earlier check in. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, offering a variety of breakfast options like omelette, sandwiches, yoghurt with granola, sweets . The hotel's location was convenient, close to public transport to go to San Pedro de Atacama and lots of Peruvian/Bolivian restaurants. Overall, the Ibis Hotel provided excellent service, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

房間有點小，大箱子打開都沒地方放，衹能放在門口，進出門就不方便了，桌子和床的間距小，一拉椅子就可以碰到床，不方便 隔音不太好，別的房間放水，沖廁所可以聽見 空調不給力，聲音還響，睡覺衹能帶耳塞睡 早飯還可以，但是7點才能吃，出門早就不能吃飯了，不知道別人有沒體驗帶走 酒店有餐廳，但是價格偏貴，沒有英文菜單，服務員不會説英文，不方便 我想唯一的好處就是對面有個大超市吧，可以買一些吃的，不用老是去餐廳吃飯 去的時候有個插曲，我們有車，我去前台問哪裡可以停車，當然住這裏了，但是前台給我指路到超市的停車場，但是那邊是公共停車場，在當地出了名的破窗搶東西，到辦好入住了前台才説，酒店自己有停車，才把車開過來。哎，我覺得這點很不好，為什麼不直接説開到酒店停車場然後再辦入住呢，非常不方便

首先就是最讓人吐槽的就是這個性價比，比其他同級別酒店都貴好多，其次就是設施設備更讓人吐槽，同級別的酒店房間都比較大些，關鍵是床位，在南美竟然床衹有1.1米的概念！搞不清楚他們是怎麼想的，都是給小孩子住的嗎？躺在床上腳要伸到外面，還不能翻身，晚上睡覺容易翻身的千萬不要定了，別在異國他鄉搞成晚上住酒店床上掉下來受傷了不值得！建議朋友們慎重考慮下在下手！

位置應該不錯，離汽車站很近，走過去十幾分鍾。樓下有很大的超市和購物中心。估計是這個城市最大的商業羣。房間衞生各種條件就是標準的宜必思酒店。既沒有有些評論説的那麼差，也沒有那麼好。作為中轉酒店非常合適。早餐也還不錯。

Room is noisy and small. Air conditioner does not work correctly. Shower drain was clogged

I booked a room with 2 twin beds and a sofa since I was staying with a male coworker. The hotel said I booked a queen bed and a sofa. They showed me what they had received from ******* and the paper said "multiple beds" but they denied to give me separate beds although the word "multiple" is very ambiguous. So one person has to sleep in a queen bed and the other on a very small couch. The hotel wanted me to rent a new room and try to get a refound of my original booking. It is the second time this happened to me in the same hotel. When I did the booking, the pictures of the room on the web showed 2 twin beds and that is what I chose (the 2 times I stayed there) but the hotel told me I booked a queen bed.

Gostamos muito da localização! Apenas 10 minutos de carro do aeroporto, fica em frente a um supermercado e a uma quadra de shopping e casino. Extremamente limpo, corredor sempre cheiroso. Quartos padrão Ibis, decoração clean, achamos o tamanho do banheiro maior que de costume. O hall é um charme, tem bar, estações de trabalho, sinal wifi ótimo e restaurante, almoçamos e jantamos lá, comida saborosa e preço justo, inclusive não hóspedes vão até lá para refeições. Eles tem uma cachorrinha resgatada que "trabalha" lá, rs. Há quadros na parede contando a história dela, se chama Tata! Parabéns ao hotel pelo carinho aos animais. Tem estacionamento próprio. O café da manhã é muito bom e tem doces deliciosos. Funcionários gentis, o checkin e checkout foram rápidos.

La atención es mala. Los aires acondicionados de las habitaciones no funcionan. La limpieza del hotel es mala. Los baños de recepción tienen suciedad de varios meses

la experiencia fue muy mala, el agua estaba fria, nunca salio caliente, nadie me dio una solucion, escasa predisposicion del personal para solucionar el inconveniente. no vuelvo mas y no lo recomiendo, es increible que no haya agua caliente en un hotel internacional.

hotel lindo basico y chico suficiente para una estadia de no mas de 2 dias buen desayuno habitaciones muy pequeñas buenas camas exelente ubicacion al frente de super mercado y a 3 cuadras del mall un 10 en ese aspecto una zona un poco complicada para salir de noche pero nada de otro mundo

Cómodo para hacer compras cerca de mall y centros comercial .recomendable por ubicación , estacionamiento,.cuenta con restaurant ,sin gran variedad pero todo el servicios es acorde al precio .para ir de compras a calama o hacer noche es bueno.
