Excelente todo. La atención del personal impecable.

Hotel in bellissima posizione panoramica, sopra la spiaggia che è accessibile direttamente tramite una scalinata . Il nostro appartamento era grande quanto basta, con una cucina attrezzata, 2 bagni e aria condizionata con split nel dining room e nella camera più esposta al sole . Abbiamo apprezzato molto la calda accoglienza al ristorante ed alla reception, sempre gentili, efficienti e disponibili . La struttura che dispone di 2 piscine non grandi , non è nuova e necessiterebbe di qualche ritocco in generale , ma nel complesso è molto gradevole e passare una settimana di vacanza qui è un'ottima soluzione per la famiglia. Consiglio vivamente gli appartamenti con vista sulla piscina e sulla bellissima insenatura di cala P . Raccomando di prendere la mezza pensione con cena la sera nel piccolo ristorante a buffet che è molto valido ed offre ottimi vini locali a prezzi accessibili. Consiglio anche di effettuare la prenotazione direttamente dal sito ONA , a prezzi migliori senza intermediari , e di chiedere un'appartamento vista mare ai piani superiori. Un'auto a noleggio non è obbligatoria ma necessaria se si vogliono visitare altre belle spiagge di Maiorca . Meglio evitare l'alta stagione , a settembre e a giugno il clima è ideale.

We were here for a full week in early October and, as there are only a few restaurants around the area, we paid for half-board for the period and had no regrets. We had a hire car and spent little time in the hotel. There was no evening entertainment at this month which was a disappointment but the tv did have a dozen English channels. We had exchanged through Interval and although we were only a couple, the exchange was for a two bed apartment, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, utility, a sea facing balcony and even a sun-bathing and bbq area on the roof. All were in good condition and it would have been great for a family in warmer months. The room was cleaned once mid-week with clean sheets and towels. The buffet restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Very few British visitors and food choices are aimed more at the majority German, French and Spanish. A large paella was prepared each night with lots of other fish/seafood/meat alternatives. Desserts were numerous and delicious. The chefs did an amazing job keeping all the sections replenished. We enjoyed every meal. The staff throughout the hotel were cheerful, friendly and helpful. The beach is very scenic and popular with the locals, particularly at weekends, which makes street parking difficult. We managed to find spaces each time but it must very frustrating in peak periods. Later in the week we saw that there was paid underground hotel parking available. There is a bus that links to Palma several times daily. We stayed mainly within a thirty minute drive of Cala Pi visiting Llucmajor, S’Arenal, Santanyi and smaller villages and local visitor sites such as the nearby Talaiot ruins at Capocorp Vell, Botanicactus and Artestruz (ostrich farm) Altogether we had a very enjoyable week here.

Très bonne semaine de vacances dans cette résidence hôtelière avec restauration sur place, le choix piscine ou plage, Pour notre cas 190 marches à descendre et à remonter pour aller se baigner à la Cala Pi, Il vaut mieux être en bonne forme physique !

Apartamentos razoáveis bem.equipados, o ar condicionado só tinha numa dos quartos e na sala o que para nós foi mais que suficiente. Quanto à quantidade de escadas até ao mar cerca de 170 degraus estes são largos têm corrimão e faz-se bem mesmo pata pessoas com mais idade. Tenho dois pontos apontar como negativos, que é feita 1a vez por semana. Tínhamos dois quartos apenas mudaram os lençóis de um dos quartos no outro quarto simplesmente pousaram os lençóis em cima da cama não mudaram fronhas das.almofadas, não limparam a casa de banho nem o chão do apartamento. Indignados procuramos uma senhora que andava a fazer limpeza em.outros apartamentos e questionamos o porquê de não apenas fazerem uma das camas o que respondeu deve ter sido esquecimento. Penso que falta responsável pela limpeza para que haja supervisão da mesma. O outro ponto menos bom é o facto de o piso estar incerto em alguns caminhos para os apartamentos, pois leva a.que se tropeçar senão se.for atento. Tirando estes.dois pontos no geral gostamos tem animação para as crianças é um lugar tranquilo a praia é boa.

Il resort sorge a ridosso della rinomata caletta " Cala Pi". Questa posizione consente di godere della spiaggia fin dalle prime ore del mattino o per un ultimo bagno al calar del sole in quanto basta scendere le scale ( non poche, più o meno un centinaio ma abbastanza comode e all'ombra della pineta) e giungere in una meravigliosa caletta con un mare cristallino e sempre calmo. Il resort è molto bello e ha questa invidiabile vista sulla cala, immerso nella vegetazione...direi proprio bello in tutto anche negli spazi comuni. Gli appartamenti sono molto grandi dotati di tutte le comodità; noi avevamo quello al terzo piano ( vi è ascensore) e avevamo il balcone e la terrazza anche al piano superiore da cui si vedeva il mare. Gli appartamenti hanno armadi spaziosi nelle camere da letto, letti comodi e tutto l'arredo completo nella sala da pranzo; in cucina ho trovato tutto ( stoviglie, pentole e bicchieri tutto nuovo, pulito e perfetto), lavatrice, forno a microonde, macchina del caffè; è presente anche un angolo del balcone sul retro adibito a lavanderia con tutto il necessario. Forse il bagno andrebbe ammodernato ma per quel che serve va bene. Il personale in reception è sempre disponibile e pronto. Abbiamo informato di un mal funzionamento del condizionatore e nel giro di 10 minuti sono intervenuti risolvendo il problema. Noi abbiamo scelto di fare la mezza pensione. Devo dire che alla prima impressione quando arrivammo di sera non ebbi una reazione positiva, forse era tardi o ero stanca ma già dal giorno successivo mi sono dovuta ricredere. La colazione era varia ed abbondante e lo stesso vale per la cena. Sempre carne o pesce a scelta, preparata in differenti modi. I contorni sia caldi che freddi erano sempre gli stessi però buoni. Una nota negativa del ristorante è nella gestione dello stesso dal punto di vista della presentazione. Troppo trascurato e mal gestito e credo che andrebbe curato nell'arredo e nell'allestimento oltre che andrebbero indicate con relative descrizioni, le varie pietanze presenti sui tavoli del buffet...insomma la sostanza ci sta ma andrebbe curata la presentazione!!!! L'esperienza in sintesi è più che positiva e consiglio questa struttura anche perchè sorge in una località residenziale tranquilla e sul mare e buon punto di partenza per visitare la meravigliosa Maiorca.

We didn’t stay at this hotel, but I noticed on Google that they market themselves as a restaurant, and there is a shortage of restaurants in Cala Pi. We went there one day and a friendly, professional manager-looking man said yes of course you can eat here, it’s a buffet, and it £21/head plus drinks. The buffet was average but it served a purpose, the only strange thing was to be asked for payment as soon as we’d got our drinks and before we’d been up for food. On a second night later on in the week, we went back again. I asked a young lad for a table for 7, and he said “No, I’m sorry it’s hotel guests only”. I told him we’d come only 3 days ago, as non-guests, and that we paid £21/head. He said “Oh yes, I remember you” and everything was okay, he gave us a table. He clearly couldn’t be bothered…? I can’t think of another explanation. The food was much better on this occasion, 7 of us had cocktails, some water, and two courses, for 190 Euros, which I was happy with. As we left the restaurant, I spotted the professional manager-looking man in the bar across the road, his shirt undone, and he’d clearly had ‘one over the eight’ as we say in the UK. He held his glass up at us and shouted something in Spanish, which didn’t sound the friendliest, but I’m not sure. So a bit of a whirlwind experience at the Ona Club restaurant. The hotel really should market this as a restaurant – and sort their staff out – as there is clearly a market for restaurants here. We were here a year ago, and two have since disappeared, leaving only a few.

ottimo tutto consiglio a tutti faiglie e single forse i giovani 20/30 anni hanno poca movida la sera non ci sono punti di ritrovo per ballare o prendere un aperitivo.

Buen hotel con un desayuno bufet muy completo. El personal del hotel es muy amable, especialmente las chicas de animación (muy cariñosas y atentas con los niños y con los adultos) y los camarer@s siempre dispuest@s a ayudar. El sitio es muy tranquilo con acceso directo a una cala muy bonita.
