Il miglior hotel a cala millor pulitissimo servizi e personale al top piscina bellissima cucina ottima e abbondante bravissima direzione

Slidt hotel som trænger til vedligehold. Godt brugt hotel - som vi vil betegne som et Børne / familie hotel i udkanten af byen. Elendig restaurant og ekstrem meget larm grundet skrammelen m bord / stole & folk der vil "til" - vi boede på vær. 416 i 4 dage -3 ud af 4 dage defekt elevator - ingen sengetøjs skift - badeværelse tilstoppet, badekar m defekt brugser, air con som ikke kunne reguleres - ingen køleskab eller kaffe.... Meget slidt om man skulle sige noget positivt, så spiller baren ok musik, og er venlige mht servering - ikke et sted vi kommer igen (Hotel / Område)

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen und der Boden war bei unserer Anreise noch etwas dreckig. Dafür war das Servicepersonal jederzeit sehr freundlich. Mir persönlich war die abendliche Animation zu laut. Für alle die jedoch Unterhaltung am Abend mögen, wird sowohl für die Kids als auch für die Erwachsenen etwas geboten. Im gesamten daher für den Preis ein gutes Hotel, dass jedoch die ein oder andere Renovierung benötigt.

Summary: cheap, however unless if you have a fetish for grumpy old Spanish men named Jose you should look elsewhere. The hotel is moderately priced, so they got that going for them. Rooms and open areas are acceptably clean and it's easy to park on-site or just around the corner. However staying here is not worth it. Room maintenance is showing signs of aging, the "entertainment" is appealing, resting is not a given as they blast the music and you will hear it loudly from any of the rooms, and if you are deaf, they got you too as they don't allow you to turn off the light off the balcony and the light comes in. Food quality is subpar, tasteless and unhealthy. And then there is José, the restaurant manager. He clearly hates his job and would rather retire, someone please help him to do so. He is rude beyond recognition, including shouting at my wife for answering with our room number rather than number of people as we arrived to the buffet, telling us that how dare we think we can charge drinks to our room and we must pay each time as people can't be trusted and comment about guests loudly and off tone. In summary, stay somewhere else and fully enjoy the most amazing island ever.
