Bluesea Don Jaime

This hotel was one of the most basic and boring hotels I’ve ever stayed at, the food in the restaurant is very boring and rubbish, we were served undercooked chicken on day two which caused sickness, staff are rude and unhelpful, they roll your eyes at you once you make a simple complaint about food being undercooked, the hotel refused to give us any compensation even though they agreed that the chick caused the sickness and was undercooked. The mirror in the bathroom was stuck on by sticky tape, air conditioning barely worked in the room and the ceiling was falling down, very poor hotel that needs to be reported for poor standards. The only good thing about this hotel is the location it is in a great location, you can’t get a sunbed unless it’s dinner time or lunch time, towels on sunbeds all day long even though people are not using them, overall if you can avoid this hotel i would, rooms were clean but very standard. I’ve read reviews from years ago and nothing has changed by the looks of it, the owner is “acknowledging” bad reviews but not taking action, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Went away for my daughters hen weekend in June wasn't expecting 5* as clearly it is 3* food was eatable there was 11 hens away and everyone managed to eat something the rooms are on the cramped side when 3 sharing but wasn't an issue beds comfy great location the self check in wasn't the best for 11 hens after delayed and it being 5am but reception helped , the lady on the bar on was so lovely very polite and helpful I agree with some rudeness from the staff in the dining room was no need what so ever for 2 female staffs attitude, great location air con was a god send as was hot , disappointed in the sun lounger issue , pool is small but very clean, I would go back so remember not a 5* accommodation but do recommend.

We spent 7 nights at the Blue sea Don Jaime .Absolutely super all round start to finish .No complaints whatsoever .Highly recommend for solo ,families ,couples .Big thumbs up ,Ger and Mike /Galway.

This is a nice hotel with great staff,Very comfortable rooms and spotlessly clean throughout.Food was very good but not a great selection (we never starved as there was always something nice).The big problem is the lack of sunbeds the hotel was not anywhere near full but we only managed to get beds twice in ten days,The annimation guy tries his best but all you get is Bingo and Karaoke every night bar three when outside entertainment was provided.All in all we managed to have a good time as ther are plenty of bars a short walk away.40 sunbeds for the whole hotel and anex.

Nothing to complain about here at all, we had a great time! We arrived on Saturday evening, check in took a while but receptionist was friendly enough and opened the restaurant for us to pick up some food as dinner service had finished. We were staying in the apartments, which are across the road from the hotel. We were on the third floor, which wasnt a problem, however on arrival the lift was out of order, which was difficult for my mum. This was fixed the following morning though, so didn't spoil our stay at all. Apartments are spotless and well equipped, but have no tea/coffee making facilities, which would be the only thing I'd add. Beds are comfy, aircon worked well, rooms were serviced daily except Sunday, as expected. Meals on AI were fine, not a huge amount of choice but always found something to eat and it was hot and plentiful. Pool area is fab and staff serving drinks always smiling and happy to help. The only slight downside was the entertainment. When we arrived Saturday night and bingo was just finishing in the bar. Sunday night, there was a guitarman outside, and Monday night was bingo and karaoke outside. We didn't stick around, there are plenty of other options nearby for evening entertainment - but this needs improving for all inclusive guests not wanting to leave the hotel. Location is perfect, shop 2 mins walk away for bottled water etc, another 2 mins and you're at the beachfront, turn left for a lovely walk up to Cala Bona, or right for a nice stroll down Cala Millor and into Sa Coma if you want to go that far. All in all, a perfect first holiday for my mum, and a very enjoyable visit for me - I will certainly return with my husband in the future, and I wouldn't hesitate to book the same hotel.

Great little hotel. Went all inclusive drinks were good, no snacks for kids though. Staff very friendly and the entertainment manager was a star. Close to shops and eateries, only drawback was the lack of parasols at the pool. If you want a holiday on a budget I can totally recommend the Don Jaime.
