Great hotel in amazing location, lovely pools and restaurants, Rooms could do with lick of paint. Overpriced for service, some of the female Reception staff and customer relations manager could do with some training in customer service, I experienced rude, unprofessional response when I went with my complaint which was I paired for AI+ and this service was not provided to me, went to reception to be told come back tomorrow, took my room no and telephone number out of curtesy I expected them to contact me to help resolve issue, but no I had to return a further twice the following day to get issues resolved, was refused to speak to the duty manager, I was polite and curteous throughout, mini bar was eventually out in room day before I left which should have been there from start, turned away from restaurants as too busy, eventually I did receive refund but only once I signed acknowledgment that I wouldn’t take matter further and was told not to post negative on social media. When checking out receptionist was rude never asked if I’d e hours stay took pool towel from me that I’d hired using thumb and forefinger and dropped it to ground behind her, had to ask for deposit returned and had to ask if storage for cases until pick up and basically without looking up she pointed me towards the towel cupboard…. I paid £700 for 3 nights solo holiday , this included my flights. Honestly worst ever rude attitude from customer service desk in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in… which is a shame as for me they spoiled a beautiful hotel to point I would not return,
