Después de unos días de estancia es este hotel, hay que resaltar su ubicación en un entorno maravilloso, cerca de Ciudadella y con una salida fácil hacia cualquier punto de la isla en coche. Enfrente del hotel tenemos también una parada de bus. Las instalaciones y zonas comunes bastante bien. Las habitaciones con vistas a la cala tienen un plus añadido, tanto el amanecer como la puesta de sol en la terraza inolvidable. Lo que si hay que destacar es el trato del personal. Tod@s sin excepción intentan ayudarte, solventar cualquier duda o problema. El personal de recepción supera con creces el nivel que he visto en hoteles de superior categoría. Una estancia inolvidable, volveré con toda seguridad. Un fuerte abrazo a tod@s nos volveremos a ver.

Hôtel bien placer,pas très loin des criques, bus à proximité pour cidatelle, mahon. D une propreté irréprochable. Personnel souriant, accueillant. Les repas sont correct, les poissons sont exellantes . Je trouve très sévère les critiques, alors que il y a tous pour être heureux... Je me demande s il mange la même chose chez eux ?je pense pas !!!! Par contre bcp d anglais, manque de respect au personnel, sans gêne et picole matin/soir et bruyant,gaspillage des repas... Merci aux personnels je reviendrais l annee prochaine.Je vous recommande l hôtel...

Mini 5day break with 3 friends just to chill out , went 15th October, the weather was lovely @ 25d, The hotel was great , very friendly staff and the room was cleaned every day + clean towels . We were all inclusive so unlimited food and drink , had a good choice of food for the time we were there , exceptionally friendly bar staff too. The pool was good size and the pool attendant was on hand to move parasols for us - Entertainment on a night started about 9 with bingo ( we won €125)very entertaining lol and a different act each night , the soul singer - fabulous voice -brilliant as were the Spanish dancers , there are steps down to the beach which we found ok and also a slope for those who couldn’t manage , the small cove was nice - €10 for a sunbed , not very deep so great for kids to enjoy, about 10 min walk away was the outdoor water park and a variety of shops . Yes would definitely go again .

We booked this hotel as a last minute break. Our room was on 3rd floor overlooking the car park, although the rooms are quite basic and a little outdated it was very quiet and we slept very well. I would recommend booking a sea view room as they are bigger and get the sun all day. The food is varied, some days better than others. Loads of choice for breakfast, and snacks available when the restaurant is closed. The evening entertainment was mostly good, with bingo and then a group, singer or a quiz. The hotel is in a great location overlooking the bay, and within walking distance of the town. All in all I would recommend the hotel for a chilled out break.

My husband and I spent ten nights here. We paid for a seaview room on the top floor. Wow, the view was wonderful. We were greeted by Natalie on reception, who was just the loveliest sweet natured lady who went above and beyond for everyone. The room was fine, bathroom basic but I think that they need to be updated to walk in showers. The balcony was a very good size. Cleaners came every day (quite early, so we put a sign out so as not to be disturbed). One lift, which was quite small, it took four people at a push. Very clean and spacious areas everywhere. We laid on the grassed area when we didn’t go down to the cove. You had to be up early for a bed around the pool (yes, the Brits reserved them with towels and went missing for hours). There was a lovely little terrace area at the bar which was like a sun trap. I don’t want to moan about the food (I’m not a fussy eater) there is something for everyone and I enjoyed everything I ate. Lots of fresh salad, pasta, fish, meat, pizza. We ate out every other night because the restaurants in the area are fab. Bingo every night (I won!). Entertainment on most nights or a quiz. We missed the karaoke night on purpose! This is a hotel to go to for mostly relaxation. Not a lot going on for the kids in my opinion. The entertainment staff were great, really friendly without being pushy. The bar staff worked hard and were polite and cheery to everyone even when guests were rude to them. Why can’t people use manners when ordering drinks?! Why do they talk to them like they are servants ?! Every single member of staff in this hotel should be commended and I will return here because of them.

Stayed here September 2024. Lovely hotel, rooms cleaned every day by very hardworking staff. All staff throughout hotel were lovely. It is in a quiet area that would maybe not suit people looking for lively nightlife but was exactly what we wanted for a relaxing holiday. There is a beach which seemed very popular. It is probably about a 15 minute walk to shops and bars, but handy supermarket just across the road. Evening entertainment was fine and well attended. Plenty of sunbeds round pool and on grassy area as well. Food was good with plenty of choices. Drinks menu for all inclusive was good. Room was large with a lovely balcony. Second time at this hotel and we will definitely be back.
