The location is stunning. The area is very quiet residential area but Absolutely gorgeous. Handful of restaurants outside we tried was amazing. The beach area is fabulous. Very quiet area but we loved it. We got taxi to Pollensa which was 10mins away Absolutely gorgeous! The hotel could be absolutely amazing because of the location. Its definitely tired and needs an upgrade. The layout is excellent and the beach front views are unbelievable! I think the roof top area could have a bar and maybe entertainment to watch the sunset. Such a wasted area of the hotel nobody sits up there its empty with a few chairs. The reception staff was very welcoming and really helpful and lovely, we booked promotional room but they gave us a seafront room. The view was fabulous The cleanliness of the hotel definitely needs improvements. The sunloungers were filthy around the main pool very stained. The floors sticky and dirty cups lying around from the day before. I sat at the roof top pool which was amazing but the floor never once got cleaned the 4 days we was there always sticky with dropped drinks and cups left. I used to clean them away when I got my bed for the day. The food was nice couldn't complain, I liked that you could change evening meal to lunch on half board. The drinks was very reasonable price. The rooms are basic definitely need upgrade! The bathroom wasn't the best and the cleaning not the best. Pillows are awful very uncomfortable. For 4 star the cleanliness really let's it down. I would return because the location is Amazing and the hotel has a lovely feel to it. We had a really lovely holiday.

Hotel bien ubicado, buena comida y muy recomendable para descansar. El ambiente del hotel es acogedor, el personal muy amable y te ayuda en lo que necesites.

We have been coming to this hotel for a number of years now and will be coming back again in the future! A perfect, relaxing time away with the most stunning views!

This is our second visit to this lovely hotel. Stunning views, friendly hardworking staff and delicious food with plenty of choice. Highlight for us was the wild goats. Would highly recommend.

We had a problem with our air con when we first arrived, someone was there within 10 mins to fix it, they were unable to fix it, I complained and they moved us to another room, all within the first hour of arriving at the hotel. Rest of the holiday went smoothly and was fantastic!
