Sentido Fido Tucan - Beach Hotel

Au delà de nos attentes ! Personnel courtois, avenant et très poli. La nourriture était excellente et très variée que ce soit pour le petit-déjeuner ou le souper. Très propre et lits confortables. Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits et sommes ravis ! Je recommande fortement !

The hotel was good in a convenient location.The bar and restaurant staff were excellent. Room cleaned everyday. The reception was good with a glass of wine or orange on arrival. Very enjoyable stay. Always a sunbed to be had.Definitely would stay again.

It was our first time at this hotel and we weren't disappointed. The hotel is ideally situated for all the restaurants and bars that are in the centre. Beaches are only a short stroll away, too. The beautiful marina is a 15 minute walk with more bars and restaurants. We went for breakfast only because there were so many places to eat we didn't want to be restricted to the hotel buffet. On arrival, we were greeted with a prosecco or juice, and the reception was cool and modern with an amazing smell. Our room was nice with adequate storage, a fridge, and a free safe. The bathroom, however, did let it down as it was tatty and tired. We had a balcony with a pool view. My first shower the next day was hopeless as the smaller hand-held shower was split, so water was squirting out of the side. There was also a rainfall shower head, but I didn't want to get my hair wet! The shower tray was flexing as you walked on it, and the glass screen wasn't long enough. Water poured out under the shower every time it was used. The floor was soaked and dangerous. We used towels to dry it as best we could. There was a small leak from the room above that was dropping onto the toilet roll holder and leaving a puddle on the floor. We went down to breakfast, and we were able to sit outside. The choice was really good and we had no complaints. Plenty of cereals with lots of toppings, fresh fruit, meats, and cheese as well as hot food, with some being cooked to order. We mentioned the shower head to reception as we went out, and it was replaced by the time we got back. We never had a problem getting a sunbed by the pool, although some people were reserving them before breakfast. The pool bar served really nice food and drinks. All the staff were friendly and polite throughout the hotel. We loved our stay and are happy to recommend it . We also wouldn't hesitate to return. We do, however, feel it's more of a 3 star than 4 star as the bathrooms need some serious attention.
