Prinsotel Alba & Spa

I don’t usually leave reviews but the main thing I would like to say about the Prinsotel Alba is the amazing staff - they were all so happy, friendly and could not do enough for us. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere where all of the staff were so lovely. We arrived at the hotel and Juan welcomed us and got us checked in. He couldn’t have made us feel more welcome! We had a one bedroom suite which was situated on the top floor with a view over the main pool. It was far bigger than we had thought it would be. It was immaculate, the bed was huge and there was a large L shape sofa in the living area which was also our third bed but still left plenty of seating! The bathroom was spotless with a huge walk in shower with rainfall and handheld shower heads. The kitchen area was well equipped with a small fridge, kettle, microwave and nespresso coffee pod machine. The pool area, although busy was lovely and was very relaxing. The bar area was great - again all of the staff were so happy and friendly. Good choice of drinks and cocktails, lovely grill area which was open in the evenings and a truck that did pizza, chips and other delights throughout the day. The main restaurant never felt overly busy and was always clean and tidy - the evening meals were nice but the breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice, hot and cold and all so fresh. We ate out three times in the evening and our favourite restaurant was Fernandos cafe in the main town, it was really pretty - dressed with fairy lights and they did the best lasagne! Again the staff here were really attentive. The spa area is very relaxing and an added bonus at the hotel. The hotel is in a great location, a 5 minute walk to the beach of Cala Gran which was beautiful, a little further on from the beach is the main town and about 10 minutes from the marina. I would highly recommend staying here and could not fault the hotel at all. Thank you to all the staff, especially Juan on reception! We will be back!

Our second year staying here and it was 5* again. Rooms really clean, cleaners would come in every day & leave clean towels etc air con in the room was great. Staff at the bar around the pool are really lovely & friendly, cocktails/drinks arent too expensive. Great pool, staff in reception really nice. Will stay again next year.

Hemos estado muy a gusto ; especial mención merece el Equipo de animación , actividades muy variadas y entretenidas, y hacen un gran equipo , de 10; las instalaciones están muy bien ;muy recomendable. repetiremos el año que viene si duda alguna
