Grupotel Rocador - Adults Only

Had to really think about this review...when we arrived within a day I wasn't happy. The kettle in our room didn't work, there was no dressing gowns or slippers (all other tui hotels provide) we had 2 pool towels that were covered in bleach stains...we had a survey sent through asking out experience so far so I did mention these small issues ( & they are small but make a difference) I'm happy to say they were sorted straight away! I was happy with this service. The following day was my partners birthday & he was given a bottle of cava from rocador...a really lovely gesture! It was appreciated highly.... Things got better for us...until yesterday (last day) we decided to have some lunch but the pool. We was waiting nearly 30 mins to then discover a waitress had forgotten to put our order through ( this was picked up by another waitress) there was no apology until the evening when I was starting to get abit irritated with the service...we had been to the bbq...plates were still sitting from our last course, we wasn't offered drinks & the food was very minimum. We actually preferred the restaurant service to the a la carte...they need more staff down there when busy. The hotel is very clean..I can't fault this atall & I'm a manager of a hotel myself & I found nothing! Brilliant standards. The entertainment from the tui reps, coline & netta was really good, they kept everyone upbeat which was great to see. Overall we had a good rested week but some things did dissapoint but the efforts to correct have been acknowledged. Thank you to you all.

Our main goal for this trip was to relax and recharge, and thanks to the incredible staff, it turned into an unforgettable experience. Special shoutout to Sofia, one of the best instructors we've ever met! Her energy during training sessions and pool activities was contagious. She’s not only professional but also incredibly open-minded and encouraging—she even inspired my girlfriend to try CrossFit for the first time! Nette (hope I spelled that right!) was always making sure everyone felt comfortable and included, no matter the activity. Her warm and engaging approach really stood out. Maria brought so much joy and laughter to the games (like Jenga!). Her cheerful personality created a super-friendly atmosphere and made it easy to connect with others. And of course, Coline, the “jack of all trades”! From Aqua Fun to quizzes and cocktail classes, she hosted everything with natural charisma. As someone with nearly a decade of public speaking experience, I can confidently say she’s a born presenter who knows how to keep a crowd engaged. The variety of activities was impressive and well-balanced for all age groups. What we loved most was how the team encouraged participation without ever being pushy—they made you want to join in! These four were truly the highlight of our trip. They deserve recognition (and maybe even a raise!) for their hard work and amazing energy. We’d love to know where they go next within TUI Blue—we’d follow them in a heartbeat! Also, a big thank you to the pool bar and restaurant staff—always cheerful, kind, and professional. Special mention to Jesús, who was an absolute legend! The reception team was also fantastic—friendly and quick to resolve any issues. We did have a hiccup with our room on the first night (we booked a pool view with a queen bed but got a smaller bed and no view). Thankfully, the team acted quickly and moved us the next day to the room we originally booked. While we appreciated the gesture of offering free sunbeds, we would have preferred a bit more honesty rather than calling it an “upgrade.” Still, we loved the final room and appreciated the swift resolution. All in all, we had a fantastic time. Some of us had been here before, and we’ll definitely be back—or at least staying within the TUI Blue family. The staff made our holiday truly special. Hotel Rocador in Cala d’Or is echt een pareltje. We zijn er inmiddels zeven keer geweest en iedere keer voelt het alsof we thuiskomen. De ligging is geweldig: direct aan het strand én op loopafstand van het centrum. Alles is netjes, rustig en stijlvol. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en herkent je als je vaker komt. Het eten is heerlijk en afwisselend, en de kamers zijn schoon, fris en comfortabel. Ook het zwembad en de sportruimte en spa zijn uitstekend verzorgd. En dan hebben we de prachtige enorme tuin nog niets eens genoemd, die er prachtig bij ligt! Voor wie houdt van rust, kwaliteit en persoonlijke service: dit hotel is een aanrader. Wij kijken alweer uit naar de volgende keer!

A lovely hotel. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect- right next to a beautiful beach- we went early morning because it does get busy- 5 minute walk from a large selection of restaurants, bars and shops and a 15 minute walk from the marina. Breakfast buffet selection was very good and on-site activities were varied and well run by enthusiastic staff. The pool bar serves an excellent choice of lunch options and drinks. We had a lovely stay and would very happily visit again. Thank you 😊

Great hotel and location. The staff are very attentive, especially Jose in the restaurant. My only gripe is having to pay for water for the evening dinner! Water is essential to life and should not be charged

Can't argue this was a nice hotel in a terrific location .The staff were really friendly and attentive. Food on the whole was good,we were half board but ate out 3 nights over our 10day stay,as Cala Dor has really good restraunts near by. I would recommend this hotel and would probably book again we asked for a high floor and side sea view which is what we got clean and a god view .
