Hotel Cala Bona arvostelua

卡拉伯納作為四星的酒店，總體來説還算是可以，外部環境特別加分，尤其是內部有泳池還靠海。早上打開窗户的時候真的不要太美了。 這次馬洛卡島之行很是享受，美景美食美人都盡收眼底！

We booked this hotel via TUI for 7 days from the 29th April. All the rooms advertised included Air con however even though the temperature each day exceeded 25C the hotel did not activate the air con so guests could not choose to have it on to cool the rooms down. We were on the 3rd floor directly above the bar with entertainment going on until 11:00 each night, we also had a sea view and the promenade including many nearby restaurants. The option of opening our door to let cooler air in was hampered by the excessive noise and some guests even had large moths entering their rooms by doing so. I went to the reception most days asking if the air con would be turned on but was met with “not normally until the end of May” I also complained to TUI as by advertising rooms with air con this would lead most people to believe this was operating in their rooms. TUI as usual only hid by the fact that this was in the control of the hotel and not them but they failed to understand their miss advertising of the rooms on their website and we got nowhere. This could have been overcome by a warning to explain it might not be operational. The heat overnight in the bedroom meant we did not have any good night sleeps and spoilt what otherwise was a five star holiday. So my advice would be to not book this hotel until June onwards when the air con is actually working

Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren Gebäuden, einige Zimmer befinden sich in Hotelteilen Azul und Nemo. Diese sind ca.3 Gehminuten vom Zentralgebäude etfernt. Wir hatten Superior-Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick. Es war ca.40m² groß und renoviert, hatte Sofa, Doppelbett, Tisch mit Kaffee und Tees, sowie Teekocher.Im Schrank gibt es Safe ( kostenpflichtig) und Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett. Zwischen Bad und Wohnbereich gibt es keine Tür,was dusxhen in der Familie ein wenig komplizierter macht:) Die Terasse ist riesig und nachmittags kann man dort auf den Liegen (da stehen 4 Liegen) die Sonne genießen. Das Publikum: überwiegend ältere Englander. Das Essen: Frühstück ist typisch-Englisch: Bohnen in der Soße,Bratwürstchen, Eier mit Becon,Omelets,Milchporidge. Nicht so viele Brot- und Brötchensorten, überwiegend Baguettes und Toastbrote. Jeden Tag leider das Gleiche. Aber es gibt gutes Obst angebot. Sogenannte Apfel und Orangensäfte kann man unserer Meinung nach nicht trinken,da es reine Zuckerbrühe ist,kein richtigen Saft. Abendessen abwechslungsreich, besonders Lecker sind Freitagen, an denen man richtig viel Fisch umd Garnelen genießen kann. Es gibt immer gute Fleich und Geflügelalternativen. Personal: fast alle sind nett,versuchen behilflich zu sein, einige sprechen Englisch, einige nur Spanisch:) Reception: keine deutschsprachige Leute. NUR Englisch oder Spanisch. Cleaning: leider war unsere Putzfrau sehr oberflächlich im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Während unserer Aufenthalts wurde nicht einmal Boden unter Betten/Sofa  und in der Toilette gewaschen. Nur Betten gemacht und Tücher gewechselt,was wir auch der Rezeption mitteilen müssten. KEIN schöner Strand in der Nähe. Der nächstliegende Sandstrand befindet sich ca.300m. Sehr klein und mitte April noch nicht vorbereitet. Überall Felsen,Steine und das angeschwommene Graß,welches auch nicht weggebracht wird,daher steht es Gestank in einigen Strandabschnitten. Nächster Sandstrand ist in Cala Millor in ca.15-20 Min zu Fuß. Die Liegen bis 18. April konnte man kostenlos nutzen. Ab dem 18.04 wurden Strände zur Saisoneröfnung vorbereitet, Sonnenschirme aufgestellt, liegen kosteten nun 5€/Stück,oder 15 pro Set 2Liegen+Schirm. Die Cala Millor Strände sind sauber. Andere versinken in angeschwommenen Algen. Insgesamt war unser Urlaub gut. In das Hotel würden wir aber nicht mehr fahren.

Stayed at the Hotel cala bona for a 7 night stay. Check in was easy enough. Paid the 14 euro tourist tax. The reception staff were very friendly, polite and very helpful. They informed us that the Hotel consists of 5 separate buildings and our room (301) was a superior room and was located just the other side of the road. We thought being that side, and being a superior room, it would have a view across the marina and sea, but unfortunately it looked back on the building we had just come from. On entry to the room, we found it very clean, tidy and spacious with a large toilet/shower room. There was a fridge, kettle and complimentary tea/coffee sachets. Enough storage for plenty of clothes. There was also a safe but we chose not to use it. The room also had A/C. The only downside to the room was the bed. It was so uncomfortable as the mattress was really thin. Approximately 5 inches thick. It was a job to get a good night sleep. The road between the buildings could and was at night quite noisy. We were half board and the choices for breakfast and evening meals were quite varied and really nice. All The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They also had food at the pool side bar and outside of the front which was handy for getting lunch. (reasonable price too) there was entertainment every night. All in all this was a good place to stay, but they definitely need to invest in better mattresses, as this spoilt the holiday. Saying that I would return for another holiday.

Just coming to the end of a very enjoyable week staying at this family run hotel. We have stayed in one of the superior sea view rooms in the bar block over looking the harbour. Plenty of storage and very comfortable beds. Pool area had lots of sun beds and wasn’t over crowded. Breakfast and evening dinners were good with plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. All in all, a lovely break and we will be returning again.

have just returned from a 10 day holiday at this brilliant hotel. Enjoyed it so much have already booked for next April. All members of staff offer excellent service and help,hotel spotlessly clean,food very good plenty of choice, good entertainment every night,good size pool area plenty of sunbeds and well done to Claire who ran the pool/snack bar area such a lovely person. Nice hotel very well located in Cala Bona. The room we had (103) was spacious, with a nice bathroom with excellent shower. The balcony was small but it had a great view of the harbour. The food was very good, very good selection with attentive staff. The pool area was good with lots of sun beds but I would imagine this would be busy in summer. Lovely indoor spa area with pool, steam room and sauna. Only negative was having to pay for the safe and the loan of an iron this seems a bit of an outdated practice, we haven’t had to pay for years in other hotels we have stayed in. I would recommend this hotel especially for older people or families.

Wow what a fantastic stay we had! This is our first time staying in Cala Bona and our first stay staying in this amazing hotel. First of all the food at this hotel was absolutely delicious, plenty of variety and always new foods to try each night. We went half board so had breakfast too which was also really nice, hot and tasty. The breads and pasties were also soo fresh which we really enjoyed. Our hotel room was a standard room however it was immaculate considering it is an old building. We had a fantastic view of the harbour. The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The poolside area was really nice with music playing at a nice volume which gave the hotel a really nice vibe. This hotel also had a spa area which included an indoor warm pool, a sauna, steam room and a gym which again was all really clean. The lady behind the bar was brilliant working super hard making sure everyone was happy We managed to speak to the owner of the hotel who is always around making sure the hotel is running smoothly which is very reassuring for guests. We didn’t catch his name however he was very polite to us making sure we felt comfortable. The only downside of our stay here was the mattresses on the beds which were very thin, lumpy and uncomfortable which was a real shame as everything else was just perfect. We will definitely be returning to this hotel!

Could not find any fault with this hotel whatsoever. Exceptionally clean, friendly helpful staff, lovely location by the harbour. Our room was spacious , great hanging space and plenty of storage. Good sized bathroom with good space for storing toiletries out of the way , powerful shower and thick fluffy towels. We were overlooking the street so would book a pool or sea view in future but it was not a great issue. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds and an adjoining spa . The food was exceptional. Plenty of choice every day, great service and reasonably priced drinks for half board. Entertainment every evening not to everyone's taste and although we were above the main bar we were not disturbed by noise at all. Overall the hotel presents good old fashioned style service, other hoteliers should take note! Would definetely return.

Return visit to Hotel Cala Bona another great trip hotel lovely clean and comfortable rooms we had a room over looking the harbour what a beautiful view we had .The food very good and certainly plenty of choice both breakfast and evening meal .we arrived late but nice touch a cold salad bread roll and bottle of water was nice . All staff very hard working and help especially Claire at pool bar .Entertainment good our favourite was MAMA KIN we look forward to coming back in July .

Had a very nice stay at the Cala Bona hotel. We arrived on the opening day. Front desk team very Friendly and welcoming. We had been given a fantastic room overlooking the pool which met our needs very well. Clean and fresh. Only down was the air conditioning was not available so not way to control the temperature. With this the shower extracts also were not working so room did get steamed up. Pool area was great. Clean and kept very tidy and music not load which is a blessing. Very relaxing in the pool area. Bar area was ok. Bad layout but that’s howl the hotel has grown over the 100 years. Prices quite reasonable for the hotel. Entertainment better for older guests. (Quite Old stuff and far too loud-uncomfortable even) couple of good nights (can’t remember name, Motown material) Couple of acts no better than as a back street pub singers so “hit and miss!” Restaurant was good. Food very nice, good variety for Spain but some of the meats were lower quality cuts and could be tough. Nice to see mussels etc out, home made paella very nice and always a fresh salad selection. Breakfasts up there to. Breads very fresh which is a big tick. Agree with a couple of the comments just posted. Couple of times not offered drinks, some times plates not cleared, really just down to being so busy. All staff were on the go all the while so cannot criticize them. I can see why some rooms get slated as they overlook the entrance road which is like a back alley. Stares at balconies opposite. Again, it’s a 100 year old hotel which has expanded into different blocks over time. I would recommend but would say get a premium room overlooking pool or the port

Let me start by saying. This is only our second day in the hotel, so far this hasn't being going well. Ok start with we wanted a double bed... I know we are a long term married couple... Of course you can have a double bed 3 euros per day. Then we got to our room and find out the AC only comes on in may before that it's hot air. Hotel said live with it. Tui rented us a fan.... Sounds like a boeing 737 next to the bed. We only booked the hotel as TUI stated AC on it's website First night dinner waited and waited to order drinks had to ask waiting staff twice when they brought out drinks the order was wrong... Food is basic but good finished first course waited over 10 mins to get the table cleared. Oh the restaurant wasn't busy..... Let's see. How the rest of the week goes.

We had stayed at the Hotel Cala Bona 3 years ago and we're very impressed. We returned this year 2024 and were not impressed. We were put in an offshoot named Pergola Hotel and all of us were very disappointed. The rooms were small. The wardrobe was tiny and not enough for a couple. We had a walk along a rugged back Street to the real hotel for dining and the pool. One day the rain was heavy and we were ready for a night entertainment but wer wet by the time we got to main hotel. We had told 2 more friends who hadn't been before what a fabulous hotel it was. Couldn't believe where they stuck us.
