Hotel and grounds are far better than any internet photos can show you. The staff at the hotel are fantastic, the issue I had (loud neighbours) was quickly rectified by a swift change of rooms… what a blessing, a quiet nights sleep. Lara from the entertainment is as mad as cheese and thoroughly full of life, quirky isn’t the word but a fantastic asset to the hotel. Shower was good and powerful, rooms clean and attended to daily. Food was very receptive although what we on offer was good and there is always pizza and chips to fall back on so you never go hungry. Some evenings we had violinist and flutist playing us into restaurant which was a nice touch. The beach wasn’t too far away, literally 3 minutes walk, we didn’t spend much time there as it had an awful smell, namely Spanish drains! Couple of supermarkets 5 minutes walk up the road. Overall the price and the enjoyment of the holiday were on par, our 10 days here were fine.

The hotel was lovely. It was clean, comfortable, beautiful views and 2 min walk from a lovely beach. We really enjoyed the quiet resort of Cala Blanca - some nice little shops to walk to, and on a rainy day, we went to the old capital city on the bus (just outside the hotel). The food was ok. Breakfast was great, but lunch and dinner became very repetitive, very quickly. The snack bar was the same, just food left over from breakfast and lunch. The issue there was a group of English boys which got bigger and louder as the days passed, to the point that the pool felt like an out of control school playground. These lads ruined the pool games run by the entertainment team with their tribal shouting, booing and sexism toward my daughter who wanted to join in the entertainment team games. The parents just sat on the sunbeds whilst their sons were bombing in the pool, running round, screaming and shouting. It was honestly awful for the last 2 days of our holiday. The lifeguards tried to calm them but didn't have any control. I, and others, felt the hotel management should have really warned them and their parents about the behaviour as it was truly awful, and they knew they could do as they please. Would we come back? No, but overall we had a good week. I didnt realise how cloudy, stormy and rainy Menorca can be - obviously not the hotel's fault, but if you normally go to Greece or Cyprus and expect constant sunshine you'll be disappointed like we were.

We had a lovely week away. The rooms were cleaned daily, but the cleaners were quite loud in the mornings, so you could hear everything in the room. The food was okay, with little change for the kids, but there were good options for adults. However, many of the food labels were incorrect, so it’s best to ask if you’re unsure. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, and there are local shops too. We visited the water park, which was fantastic! We managed to get a taxi for under €20 one way. There wasn’t much information about the entertainment options at night or during the day. However, there was a bingo every night, but it was cash only. The hotel bar, on the other hand, was cashless for ice coffees and ice creams. You have to pay €38 for a safe, but you get €10 back at the end of your trip. The sunbeds are gone by 8 around the pool, but there are plenty of beds at the back if you don’t have kids. Surprisingly, many people saved beds and didn’t use them until about 2 pm. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly.

Buon hotel a pochi passi da Cala Blanca, con fermata autobus fuori dell'hotel per centro Ciutadella con collegamento bus ad altre spiagge. Consiglio all inclusive per usufruire delle bevande ai pasti (è prevista solo l'acqua) , animazione veramente troppo rumorosa durante le attività sportive.

Booked this hotel quite last minute but it turned out to be a great find! Extremely clean with excellent staff. Food was lovely and plentiful; we especially enjoyed the themed nights. Rarely queued for a drink during the day or at night. Choice of pools and you could always find a sun bed (albeit not around the main pool after 7am!). Safe was expensive compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at (most have been free) but we’d found this out before we went, so it wasn’t a surprise. Local area is nice to explore, with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops and to watch a beautiful sunset. Really couldn’t fault this hotel!

Vacanza in famiglia, con bambino di 1 anno e 2 mesi. Ci hanno fatto upgrade della camera dandoci una suite senza sovrapprezzo. Consiglio di prenotare sul sito dell’hotel! In reception la fantastica Cristina ci ha sempre consigliato benissimo! Hotel meraviglioso, 3 piscine, di cui 2 per bambini di tutte le età. Animazione molto carina e non invadente, belli anche gli spettacoli serali. Menù ogni giorno sempre diverso e buonissimo. Non volevamo più tornare! In più uscendo dall’altro ingresso secondario vicino alle piscine attraversando la strada si arriva subito a Cala Blanca, una spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata con sabbia bianca e mare cristallino! Praticamente scendevamo anche solo per un bagno e risalivamo! Posizione ottima e tranquilla, in mezz’ora con bus si arriva a Ciutadella €1,70 biglietto pullman oppure con Taxi circa 10€ a tratta. Insomma, vacanza straordinaria. Solo un’unica pecca: la pulizia delle camere pessima! L’ultimo giorno facendo le valigie ho controllato ovunque dato che il bambino poteva aver messo cose in posti impensabili e ho notato un pannolino sotto il letto NON NOSTRO, cartacce varie e molta polvere! Il bagno non veniva pulito ogni giorno, ma solo cambiati i teli. Camminando scalzi in camera notavamo come ai piedi si attaccasse di tutto, quindi il pavimento veniva lavato senza nemmeno spazzare o passare aspirapolvere, insomma pulizie voto 1. Kit cortesia assente quindi portatevi TUTTO! C’era solo sapone mani e bagnoschiuma/capelli. Peccato per questa piccola nota dolente delle pulizie, perché il resto è veramente fantastico!
