My stay at Sofitel Downtown Cairo was genuinely pleasant and absolutely worth the money. The hotel delivers a high standard of comfort, but what truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional staff.
Special thanks to Ahmed Zakarya at the front desk for his professionalism and warm welcome. Appreciation as well to Shaker from housekeeping for his attentiveness and consistency.
I would also like to extend special thanks to the ladies at Solana, the breakfast restaurant—Zakeyh and Hanan—who are truly the gems of the restaurant. Their kindness, energy, and attention to detail made breakfast a highlight of each day.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay, driven by excellent service and a strong hospitality culture. I would gladly stay here again.

I have a memorable experience during my stay FG room with full Nile View with Lounge Access. FG team members are well trained, patient, professional and more. What impressed me most was their food. Food and beverages were delicious. One of the staff asked me what I want to order for my dinner, then I said I'm vegetarian. The staff helped me to confirm with chef regarding my request and at the end served me a vegetarian spaghetti. It was so delicious. Besides that, the check-in and check-out process was very smooth. I like the welcome drink and chocolate too. Thanks to the FG teams, thanks to cleaner (cannot remember his name) and thanks to Irish as well.

Fabulous! After a busy few days staying elsewhere in Cairo it was wonderful to reach the sanctuary of the Ramses Hilton. We were upgraded to an Executive room and spent a great afternoon just admiring the view and the Nile from our high balcony, and relaxing by / swimming in the (almost-hot!) pool. The room had everything we could ask for and the bed was super comfortable. Service was impeccable, and our dinner and a few beers were good value. Highly recommended 👌

Hyvä hotelli Niilin pohjalla. Hyvin ilmakehän. Puhdas ja helppo pääsy. Ei mitään kävelymatkalla.

This World Trade Center hotel is located next to the Nile River. The room is very spacious, with two bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom, one toilet, and even a kitchen and a washing machine. However, the room's facilities are a bit outdated. The breakfast is not great, but everything else is fine
