Good location and brkfst, nothing else I booked for 3 beds so i can used for our luggage items but the manager insisted that i requested, i said, i paid for 3 beds…he said NO i requested it, i asked for extra pillows but never got. This is a round down bldg, good location and breakfast. Nothing else.

Great hotel Enjoyed the hotel it was in a great location and easy to get around. The people at the front desk were so helpful and nice. My room was clean and comfortable. They serve a nice free breakfast.

Very bad welcoming, non professional night porter guy called Mostafa treated the guests very bad , the other young guy in the night was so kind , morning staff very helpful, i really remain very upset and sad from the bad attitude of the night porter guy mostafa , i dont understand how people like him works in a place receiving a tourists like that

I had a very bad experience while checking out , I was on a business trip and I requested through booking too issue an invoice and also I have asked to issue an invoice from the beginning with the staff while checking in, they told me I will get a normal invoice any way and for the taxed invoice they will check with their accounting team. I accepted that at the entry and continue the process. While checking out, and when I asked the reception staff for the invoice they denied everything and told me it wasn't "their policy" and they don't know any thing about that, we asked to talk to the management they said they are not in Egypt right now and he isn't reachable, we asked for his phone number to call they refused to give us , we called the person who checked us is , she denied that and said she was just helping and she actually doesn't work there, we told them that we are going to our meeting and will come back later for the invoice, I had already gave them my room key but my colleague refused to hand the key, he told them we are coming back for the invoice then we can give you the other key, they argued about the check out timing, they refused to let us go forcefully , there was an argument with my colleague, the housekeeper was filming us only not the whole scene without our consent, we were in the elevator for 30 min or longer while they are refusing to close the door, after a long quarrel we went to our meeting (which we were terriblely late for) with a promise from us to come back at 12:00 pm to check out and from them that if the invoice is ready before 12:00 pm it will be sent on WhatsApp. We come back again as promised at12:00 pm to check out and have that invoice, nothing new happened again they said they are waiting for the accounting person to come, once it ready will be sent on WhatsApp and nothing else they can do pla pla pla, we checked with them again after we finished our day they told us they can't do any thing. We had to head back to our city and nothing was solved or sent till now. So if your going for business don't expect any proof from them or any documentation from any kind. I have tried to be honest and fair as much as I can. I had a very terrible experience and I still feel threatened till now even so I am save and secured at my home.

Un ottimo hotel a prezzi molto accessibili in zona centralissima. Si trova al decimo piano di un edificio storico. La ragazze dalla reception sono eccezionali!!! Molto cordiali ed efficienti. In una parola bravissime!

Posizione ottima, in pieno centro. L'arrivo è da incubo, un palazzo fatiscente, immondizia dappertutto, gli sputi in ascensore ... una volta arrivati al piano, l'impressione è stata meno drammatica. Camera piccola ma pulita, letto eccellente con biancheria immacolata, ma bagno sconfortante. Il personale comunica tramite il traduttore del cellulare (in pieno centro, e neanche una parola di inglese?). Abbiamo faticosamente chiesto di avere, per il giorno dopo, la colazione d'asporto, ma la mattina seguente l'addetto alla reception era cambiato e non aveva la minima idea di che cosa stessimo parlando ...
