服務符合凱賓斯基一貫的標準，從前台到行李員都很熱情。雖然定了單人房，前臺中間還是很熱情的加了床，美中不足是酒店的入口沒有很大氣

不知道它為什麼這麼貴，設施也老，環境和喜來登差不多，但喜來登的內部設施和裝修完勝它

房間還可以，與旁邊Hilton比起來，感覺前門很小，沒有星級酒店的氣派。餐廳的土耳其餐味道很不錯，建議嘗試。10樓酒吧的氛圍比較好，景色優美，服務很好，就是酒吧可以吸煙，有很大的煙味。健身房一般，設施簡單，第一天健身房有wifi，第二天就沒有了，去問服務生，告訴我健身房就沒有wifi，讓我很迷茫。早餐，品種偏向中東口味，中規中矩。

服務很熱情，早餐種類也比較豐富，樓頂有個小泳池，可以看尼羅河的風景，缺點就是房間面積很小，沒有單獨的淋浴間，洗澡要站在浴缸裏。

酒店還可以，算是比較乾淨，周邊是貧困區，沒什麼中國人，出差還可以，旅遊就不要住這裏了，周圍沒什麼吃的，需要跑到比較遠的地方。

一切都很好！很幸運的還被升級到Suite套房！開羅市區交通實在危險，所以每次回到酒店都有一種很安全又放鬆的感覺。床很舒服，還有浴缸可以泡澡，讓我在開羅的這幾天旅程，獲得了極大的舒緩！

地段非常好，走路七八分鐘就到埃及國家博物館了。早餐無敵，每樣都好吃，但是埃及菜我沒試過哈哈。然後是服務，衹要你稍微皺個眉頭，他們都會跑過來問你有什麼需要幫忙的，簡直了，我贊爆！
