The hotel is very simple, the stuff is very friendly and helpful, they gave me early check in. We stayed 4 days they cleaned the room 2 times, we had to ask for toilet paper every time we needed it. The towels didn’t work very well (polyester), very noisy area, and we were in the first floor were you could hear what everybody in the forts floor were doing in the corridor, nobody controls noicy people.

I would definitely stay there again I was very pleased with my stay there. I checked in after midnight and the guy at the desk was very helpful, he even lend me some local currency so I buy a snack. I told him I wanted to upgrade my room and he was kind enough to show me some of the available rooms for me to choose from. The rooms are separate from reception, giving you more privacy. Breakfast was included and it was from 9 to 11. I only had it once and this woman asked me whether I wanted boiled eggs or omelette, to which I picked the later. In the end she brought me scrambled eggs on a dish, bread, butter, marmalade... It wasn't bad. The location is good. You're walking distance from Tahir Square and the river Nile. The only somewhat negative things were that they don't have a "Do not disturb" sign on the room, so whenever they came to clean, you needed to open the door and tell them you didn't want to, or going to reception and tell them not to clean. Additionally, there just one toilet paper roll in the room which won't last too long if you use it to clean or as a napkin. Overall, I think I'd probably stay there again if I went back.

One of the best and cleanest hotels in the area, their single rooms feature AC, TV, Very clean toilet, highly recommended for solo travelers and packbackers. The staff are very friendly and professional Mariam, Passant, Bishoy, and Andrew. Will definitely book again.

Ужасный отель! Из 3 дней пребывания 2 дня не было ни света ни воды. Жуткая восходная группа, не для слабонервных, грязный ковер, обшарпанные стены, лифт так вообще со времен какого-нибудь фараона В номере две маленькие кровати, дверь на балкон не закрывается, она просто подпирается табуреткой Вай-фай плохой, завтрак, который якобы включен в стоимость, надо ждать 40 минут Один раз дождались, так себе омлет и хлеб с сыром, лучше покушать где нибудь в другом месте Вокруг отеля много разных магазинов, продают в основном всякую ерунду, одежду (а-ля Шанель, сувениры, чипсы и воды) Ооооочень очень очень грязно на улицах! Отель находится почти в центре, на тротуарах фекалии, окурки, плевки, в общем это ужасно! Отель не рекомендую!

فندق نظيف وجديد ، طاقم عمل لطيف ومحترم ومساعد في كل شي قريب من كل المطاعم الموجوده في وسط البلد وقريب من الكافيهات ، الفطار لذيذ ومشبع ، الفندق متنوع الغرف ويوجد بلكونات تطل على الشارع الرئيسي ، ارشح هذا الفندق لكل من يريد الاقامه في وسط البلد

It's a new hotel , good location ,the staff are so friendly and helpful , the breakfast is delicious , we take two family rooms, there are so clean and the beds are comfortable , and the view is beautiful , the hotel in middle of the twon all the restaurants and markets are near if you want to make shopping, I recommended this hotel for a nice staying 😍

It was nice hotel because the location in the centre of downtown just 300 meters to the tahrer square and the room was like the photos was cleaning and very quiet and the breakfast was very enough and complete haily recommend this hotel

I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
