房間設施不錯，服務也比較滿意

住了兩次，還是比較推薦，老闆很細心，非常熱情

這是個民宿，在一座老舊的樓裏，不打電話讓民宿的人幫忙帶路，自己根本找不到。 環境實在不能算安靜，周邊的居民晚上很吵。 房間裏設施簡陋，連掛衣服的地方都沒有，空調還漏水。衹有第一天送了兩瓶水，後面就沒有了。 唯一的好處是離市中心近。但埃及的網約車很便宜，不一定非要住在市中心。

在老式的樓棟裏面，對應價格衹能説過得去

四十度的高温空調不能用，騙我們説空調是好的圖片和實物沒什麼關聯性，定了三天反覆溝通也不能解決空調問題第二三天沒住也不肯退款。找攜程溝通就一直拖拖拉拉隔一兩天才回覆

乾淨情況還不錯，但是沒有客房服務 我們住了四個晚上，都沒給我做衞生 最後一天臨時續費，想讓打掃 説保潔早上就走了～但老闆人很熱情！沒有客房服務讓我覺得這個價格頗高 不值得！而且類似民宿了，建議還是住酒店

老闆很親切，房間也很大！而且和景點都超級近，附近有很多美食！值得推薦❤️

真的很差，不敢想象居然電梯都不開。不可以退單衹能硬着頭皮走樓梯一層又一層。

很不錯的酒店，鬧中取靜，就在市中心，去哪裡都很方便，房間都有精心設計過，很舒適讓人很放鬆，非常棒

This is like my 4th stay here. The last 3 times were wonderful. This time the room was not prepared to host me in winter; it was too cold and no opportunity for warmth. There were other smaller issues, but for me the fact that I was freezing was my biggest concern.

My experience really exceeded the expectations, the place is very cozy and clean. with well decorated rooms. it was a bit hard to find, but we called the reception and they helped us immediately Staff was friendly and helpful, highly recommended
