Very clean, modernised rooms, bed very comfortable, aircon old style hole in the wall mounted but okay, and key card which also turns on the power. Unfortunately, fridge and aircon go off too when you go out. After the bad rap breakfast has been getting, we made sure we went early (soon after opening at 6.00am), and it was more than satisfactory. Two staff were trying very hard to make sure we were happy... probably as a consequence of the bad reviews. Front desk very efficient, very handy commercial laundromat on ground floor where you can wash and dry two suitcases full of clothes for 260 pesos. A couple of minor issues we had were dealt with straight away. Very central location with a 5 minute walk to several shopping malls. CONS: Trip.com does not warn you that you will have to pay 2000 peso refundable deposit when you arrive.

何回かこのホテルに宿泊しましたが今回はフロントの受付の女性の笑顔が見る事ができず部屋に入ったらアメニティが何もなく歯ブラシさえ無かった。翌日ルームキイパーに聞いたら言ってくれないと届けないと言われた。普通予約してあれば部屋にセッティングしてあると思いますが？

The room is great just there’s not much a lot of options for food.

This is not a 4 star hotel. This hotel should be 2 star grade. Items in the room are in good condition, however there is no restaurant as per hotel picture, but counter staff will send a simple sandwich to the room in the morning which will make me hungry again after 30 mins. There is a 7/11 near the entrance. The security guard is good and helpful.

First time in Cagayan de Oro with my family and definitely this hotel is the best to go. Centrally located between two malls where you can dine, shop and do your groceries. The rooms are spacious, very clean with complete toiletries. Fast WiFi even in the rooms. Their complimentary breakfast got some good variety of foods to start your day. The staffs are very professional, friendly and helpful with our needs. From the security, to the front desk, dining room and cleaning staff are very attentive. Highly recommended!

Though the booking process is some what like difficult but the accommodation pays it off. Bathroom is so clean as well as the whole place from the lobby to the room. The food served is healthy and sumptuous. Accessible to SM and Centrio just a few steps away. Thank u for making our stay relaxing.

Generally good Breakfast is good. Staff were very nice. However, the internet was pretty slow. Towels are not desirable. They are old and need to be replaced.

Amazing staff but not worth the price Good location and great staff. Also very clean! Price wise, its not worth the 100usd per night rate, breakfast is mediocre. If the price were about 60usd then it would be perfect.
