Horrible hotel without much privacy. Need to close curtain if you don’t want people to look inside by doing so can’t have fresh air in the room. Reception was most unhelpful with information. Worst of all no one will be at reception after 6pm, if in emergency you’ll have to call them by using long distance call if you don’t have local tel card. I really will not recommend this hotel considering it’s not cheap over US$300 per night

Fantastic property. Highly recommend. Villa’s are huge and well appointed. Grounds are kept beautifully by the team. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Stayed here twice now and will certainly be back. Thank you for a great stay once again.

Excellent property. Has everything you need. Can accomodate 6 easily, loads of seating areas. Pool is great in the Broome heat. Resort has a small cafe and central pool, but we only visited it once, as the Villa had everything we needed. TV’s have Netflix etc.

Booked it as it was advertised on Qantas Hotels and assumed that meant it had food services and was a hotel as I did not have a car, was on my own and knew Broome was not a place to wander around after dark with lots of restaurants. Arrived early, was told the room would be ready at 12 ish. Was headed to the races. Room was not ready (although others that arrived with me were accommodated). Got ready in a steaming toilet with no air con. No food or mini bar snacks so rushed back to cafe at 4:20 before it was supposed to close at 4:30 to grab something for dinner (no Uber eats in Broome!) and it had shut at 4pm contrary to info supplied at check in. Luckily I grabbed a bag of chips at check in - dinner. Pretty depressing. Especially after coming off a Ponant cruise. The room I was put in was attached to another room via an internal door which was not particularly sound proof. Very poor value for money at $430 per night and so pleased I was only in there one night. Sept was not too hot but watch out if booking in summer as the air con is stuck at 24 C and there are no fly screens so you cannot sleep with fresh air as was warned about local security risks on check in. To keep the door locked at all times. No 24 service. Staff leave at 5pm then you are literally on your own which is not what I thought I had booked (hotel/staff/food/security etc around at all times). It felt like a fancy caravan park surrounded by other less fancy caravan parks.

Booked 10 nights in a Two Bedroom Pool Villa. Pool was out of action for 4 days and then not properly cleaned after maintenance. 2nd bedroom wasn't connected to the one bedroom apartment but outside along the deck. Place needed a good scrub. Not worth $725 + p/night.

The guest rooms are small but comfortable, the cafe breakfast included in the package was adequate but it would have been nice if there was a little more to choose from. House keeping was good but some of the furnishings needed cleaning (the curtains) the overall cleanliness of the room was pretty good. I’m particularly! The only thing this property is missing is a restaurant, I probably wouldn’t stay again if I didn’t have a car. It’s a good central location but I would have loved some food onsite after hours. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely helpful lady who was happy to accommodate our requests.

Very beautiful and well maintained, safe and secure resort, would definitely stay there again! We stayed in a Villa for 7 days, which was private, spacious, very clean and well equipped with full kitchen, bbq and our own laundry with washer and dryer. The bed was so comfortable and pillows were lovely, we slept well every night. We enjoyed swimming in our own private pool every day, it was the perfect temperature and salt water. The resort cafe was very convenient and in a nice spot with great coffee and freshly cooked light brekkie or lunch. The service was great and super helpful. We were very happy with our experience at The Pearle and would recommend to anyone wanting a perfect holiday!

We booked a one night stay through Qantas. Due to a death in the family, we couldn't travel on the date booked, so we changed our flights and all other bookings to a fortnight later. No problem with our tour operator and all our other accomodation. When asked if we could alter our booking by a fortnight, the Pearle of Cable Beach responded 'no' as they have a 'no cancellation' policy. A reschedule is not a cancellation. So they took our money, and we got nothing. We even had Qantas intervene on our behalf, given the circumstances, but they would not budge. This prepayment system with a no cancellation policy is money for nothing. Stay away.
