Sosua Ocean Village

We booked a 2 bedroom condo last year before going home to Canada. We received a email inthe middle of November saying due to the fact that owner was coming they had to relocate us It would be a upgrade 2 bedroom condo we where sent to was very nice minus the 2 weeks of waiting for mgt to equip it properly towels bedding no balcony furniture ect. After 19 days when everything was running smooth was informed we would be getting the boot again due to reasons never really given now in new unit 2 days where told everything would be working and equipped fridge small an broken no hot water no screens broken shutters maintenance always on way and 3 to 4 hours late or don't even show up Stayed here 4 years this will be our last stay clear if you are a renter

Muy buena y segura, necesita un poco de mantenimiento, pero esta buena!! Nuestra unidad tenia unos temas con el micro onda.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but couldn’t avoid this one. Our stay in Ocean Village was subpar. 1) When we arrived, they guards wouldn’t let us is, and when they finally did, in the reception they claimed they didn’t have our reservation on file. It took a call to ******* for them to find our reservation. 2) Water pressure in the shower was so weak, taking a shower was a challenge. That is when there was even hot water at all, which wasn’t always the case. 3) electricity was out on Dec 31st and Jan 1st. 4) The Santa Fe complex was advertised as having water slides but those weren’t operational. 5) All the facilities felt very basic. The management has a lot of work to do, before calling this place “deluxe” could be justified.

Very good place to stay

The cleanness should be improved.
