Decent stay as well, but had an issue with smelly bathroom at unit 3A21. Coming back after a long day, I was greeted by a strong urine stench in the bathroom. Couldn't make out where the smell came from as there were no stains or leaks visible anywhere. De Garden, please check this out.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The overall atmosphere was nice, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and secure place to stay.

Regarding my deposit of RM 25 was deducted on the late check out of 3 minutes, hotel manager Mr Dickson was very sincere to apologise on this issue, and promised to make refund on the deposit, thanks for Mr Dickson’s understanding.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Good value for money. There is a water dispenser/heater in the room. That is very convenient. The sink was blocked and they repaired it quickly. There is a 99 Speedmart and a restaurant within walking distance.

Overall ok, just that is an old hotel. Add on 1 night stay and already inform counter, but during the add on day still msg me and inform late charges fee. Then room cannot go in, have to go counter to do it again. But at last counter settle and did not have any extra pay.
