Very good hotel and personel

We had a lovely stay Busuanga Bay. It was our mini moon and the hotel was super quiet and relaxing it is far from the centre and quite hard to get to but it suited what we wanted at that time. They had complimentary facilities like paddle boarding and non motorised water sports. Their spa was decent and the staff were all friendly and accommodating.

The resort is remote but it has spectacular views of a tranquil bay. The infinity pool looks out to it and surrounding islands. We upgraded to a bay view bungalow which is much nicer than the cheaper waterfront room. The food is very good and the service is even better. The island hopping tours are great. The gym is very small though if you are into fitness. There is no beach. Other than that, it is a great resort. Quiet and peaceful.

Service is superb

This is a very lavish resort with a lot of activities available to guests. My only feedback would be that the extra services are quite expensive for what they are. Beautiful location but no accessible beach. Very friendly staff and Pirate Dive Shop on location.

If you like to have a quiet & relax holiday, please stay here. Services are good, but foods are just normal.

Amazing place, quite unique. The best: the staff, super helpful and always with a smile in their faces. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice, with a comfy bed and a very good bathroom. The views are breathtaking and the massages are one of the best massage i ever had! Its been great spending time in this magic place

Loved our stay here! The property is beautiful and the staff are fabulous! The rooms are spacious and clean. The food was delicious the pool & view can’t be beat! A perfect place for relaxing. Only thing is there is a lot of stairs on the property but they do have golf carts on the property that will pick you up on request

Busuanga Bay lodge ✅ Las vistas son increíbles tanto desde la zona de la piscina como desde la habitación y si lo que buscas es relajarte y desconectar este es el hotel perfecto. El uso de los kayak y pádel surf son a coste 0. La habitación es muy amplia con vistas al mar, cuenta con todo tipo de amenidades. La habitación estaba un poco lejos de la piscina y el restaurante, pero si lo comunicas a recepcion te trasladan cuando con los buggys. El chico de Guess relation (Juaquin) es de 10, es plena atención y seguimiento de nuestra estancia. ❌ NO RESERVES CON AGODA!!!! PAGAMOS UN EXTRA PARA TENER EL DESAYUNO INCLUIDO Y RESULTA QUE EL HOTEL LO INCLUYE A TODOS SUS HUÉSPEDES. NOS SENTIMOS ENGAÑADOS POR AGODA. La cama y la almohada son bastantes incómodas. La coctelería no merece la pena. Los precios están al menos un 25% por encima en comparación con los demás sitios, ya sea para alquilar una moto, comer, darte un masaje, etc..

beatiful nature, stunning view and kind staff

We ended up at Busuanga Bay Lodge somewhat by accident. I had considered booking it, but decided on another resort instead. When our flight was canceled and we had a 3 night extension to our stay in Coron, we opted for a change of scenery at Busuanga Bay Lodge. The resort has a hip, instagram-worthy pavilion and pool area, with truly exceptional views. The infinity pool is jaw-dropping. Having already spent a few days on the island, our struggle was that there wasn’t much to do at the resort. We went on two kayak trips and the kids enjoyed making leis one afternoon. We took a half day snorkeling trip and visit to Pass island, which was quite nice. The dive center was unfortunately fully booked for the two days we wanted to make a trip, basically leaving us with little to do but enjoy the pool. If we hadn’t had a few days of R&R already, this might have been exactly what the doctor ordered, but we ended up feeling a bit stir crazy. The service was OK. The concierge / booking manager was quite good, as was the snorkeling guide Aldi, but the rest of the staff a bit more hit-or-miss. It’s avoidable and perhaps a bit petty, but I was quite annoyed at the extravagant pricing for the small snack selection the offered, and on-site laundry. We needed both, as the 3 night extension to our trip was unplanned, and paying almost a half-night’s lodging cost for laundry, some cashews, and a bag of Cheetos was pretty outrageous. Overall, BBL was not our favorite resort on Coron for a family trip. For an Insta-worthy young couple’s trip, however, it might be just your ticket.
