Some hotels only have carpeted floors and rely on air conditioning for heating. However, our hotel features traditional Korean underfloor heating (ondol), ensuring the entire room stays cozy and warm. Heating with air conditioning can often leave parts of the room cold and the air feeling stuffy, but this is not an issue with our ondol system. We are proud to offer the area's earliest-opening and latest-closing seawater sauna and fitness facilities, which have been recently renovated and are very popular. Guests can experience Korea's traditional public bath culture here. Currently, these facilities are complimentary for our Trip.com guests, and we highly recommend giving them a try. This is because it may work perfectly fine with a small amount of water but might leak when the tub is filled more. Even late at night, if you contact the front desk, we can resolve the issue within 5-10 minutes. We also have temporary stoppers readily available for immediate use. The bathroom is designed as a wet room, allowing water to drain efficiently through the floor drain. Bathroom slippers are also provided for your convenience. The reason we created an Instagram account was to provide our guests with a way to discover great local restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. All the posts on our account are based on our own experiences, paid for out of pocket, and we do not receive any commercial or monetary benefits from them. Instagram has also proven to be a great tool for communicating with guests. While we can exchange messages and emails through booking sites, responses can be slow, and in some cases, communication might be entirely unfeasible. Last year, we helped two guests recover their lost phones from taxis, both times using Instagram for instant messaging and calls. Regarding laundry facilities, we have a self-service laundry room in the hotel. It includes a washer, dryer, detergent, fabric softener, and laundry bags, all available for use. In Busan, and especially in this area, there are many Russians who live and work here, with quite a few involved in the seafood industry. In fact, I have a Russian friend in my swimming class at the public gym, and we have always found Russian guests to be very warm and friendly. Occasionally, some guests may dislike the smells or cleanliness issues that come with being close to a seafood market. While I am very accustomed to this area, I completely understand that it might feel unfamiliar to first-time visitors. However, I hope you’ll view these aspects as part of the area’s charm and unique identity. Beyond the market, this area has so much to offer. Within a 10-minute taxi ride, you can find beautiful seaside promenades and even a cable car with stunning views. I truly believe this location is the best place to experience the authentic spirit of Busan, and our hotel offers the perfect vantage point to enjoy its beauty and atmosphere. Other rooms are sold as city-view rooms, and some may have partial views of the harbor or the sea. (Please note that room-specific view requests are difficult to accommodate, as the rooms vary.) This is actually quite understandable, as bathtubs are more expensive than they seem, requiring ongoing higher water and heating costs. Additionally, a larger bathroom space is needed to accommodate a bathtub comfortably.Our hotel is located in the most densely packed area for tourism in Busan, where attractions and shopping districts are all connected, making walking more convenient than driving. However, this also means that guests' legs may get tired from all the walking. For this reason, all of our rooms are equipped with generously sized bathtubs, which are actually much larger in person than they appear in photos.Additionally, our building houses a traditional Korean public sauna, which is very popular as it uses underground seawater for the large public bath. You can even enjoy a scrub massage, a unique experience found only in Korea and Japan. Many overseas guests also try live octopus (san-nakji) here—it’s fresh and delicious, so if you're visiting the area, we highly recommend giving it a try.Our ocean-view rooms offer a unique perspective you might not find in other parts of Busan. While most hotels in Busan feature beach views, our rooms look eye-level the harbor and a bridge. The view includes Namhang Bridge—one of Busan’s seven major bridges—and directly faces the ocean.
