Great Place to stay Overall a great place to stay. We had no hot water a few days in and they were quick to get it fixed the same day and compensate us for the inconvenience! Close to town. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. NO A/C… the mosquitoes outside were horrible when we were there!! We could not open any of the doors because every screen had a hole in it somewhere and the mosquitoes were coming inside. We had several fans going and it was still pretty hot upstairs.. and the temps outside were upper 60’s. The one tree in the back blocks the beautiful view from the upstairs balcony, made me sad!Kim and Melissa were both great! Communication from the day I booked until the day we checked out was above par. Would stay here again!

Peaceful and Private Beautiful property and great location. Plenty of activities nearby but you may just want to stay on site to watch the wildlife in the yard and the freighters go by.Kim is a great host and better tour guide.Great advice about shopping for groceries and gas in the area and knows all the where to go and what to do in the UP.

Great place for the group for snowmobiling Very clean, well kept collage with great view of the bay. Lots of deer in the yard. Easy to go down the hill to town. Lots of room for parking trailers for snowmobiling.

Beautiful view The property was clean and cozy. It was supplied well so we didn’t have to worry about restocking. A great place to relax and use as a base to explore the UP. Kim’s suggestions about the area proved to be very helpful.
