Misafirlerimiz herzamanki gibi rahat etti. Konum itibari ile çok uygun

非常一般，可以算是住過最破敗的喜來登。 入住看訊息不仔細，我都辦完入住才發現沒登記行政酒廊。房間窗簾一拽就掉，我相信我絕對不是第一個拽掉窗簾的，很快修好了，但是我不理解為什麼這麼明顯的問題，不能系統解決一下？ 唯一覺得不錯的，是行政酒廊，風景和食物都可以，以及酒店有土耳其浴室體驗+桑拿室。

房間有煙味，窗戶密閉性差 整晚都聽到外面車聲。 早餐很好 種類豐富 新鮮

Otel her zamanki gibi temiz ve güzel. Pizzası harikaydı. Görüntüsü muhteşem olan bir tatlı siparişi de verdik bu sefer ama damak zevkimize uymadı maalesef. Yaz döneminde ince yorgan yerine pike serilse daha iyi olur sanki.

Me and my wife stayed here and they treated us so nicely, the staff were very friendly and even decorated the bed with flowers as a surprise! The staff were very helpful and polite, they answered the phone when we called and responded very promptly! The room itself was very nice, neat and tidy with an amazing bathroom. I am looking forward to staying at sheraton again in the future.

品牌酒店,衞生打掃及時,備品更換及時.早餐可以,周邊吃東西方便,有購物中心.比較安全.有電車充電樁可以使用.

酒店比較舊了，浴缸下水不行

It was a nice hotel in a nice location we were there to enjoy ski in Uludag but we wanted to stay in city and had great access to restaurants and malls by 5 minutes walk staff were nice and I prefer bursa to Istanbul and this location was great , moreover valet service was great and concierge was so helpful

Tam anlamıyla kalite. Gerçekten çok yorucu günün sonunda sizi özenle dinlendiren otel.
