This lodge is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend you plan a stay here if you want to visit Queen Elizabeth national park. From the amazing friendly staff to the beautiful and comfortable rooms & top notch amenities, You need to add this lodge on your travel bucket list! If you’re lucky, animals will come near the pool and you can see elephants, buffalo, water bucks & other animals. The interior design of Buffalo safari lodge is also incredible. Very unique rooms and they are SO accommodating if your every needs. I can’t begin to talk about how great the staff was. You will be treated like family here. I’ve stayed at several safari lodges and this one is by far one of my favorites

Buffalo safari lodge is truly a gem. From the amazing staff welcoming us to the beautiful views of the lodge, It is truly a perfect place to be and relax. The rooms were beautiful with comfortable beds. I truly enjoyed my stay at buffalo safari lodge and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a safari to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

We spend 5 days here for my daughters 6th birthday while travelling through Uganda, and we all had the best time. Great food, beautiful rooms and the most amazing staff all made my daughter’s birthday very special, and this was our favourite stop over on our month long trip through the country. A special thanks to Chris and Susanne for looking after us so well, the kids will miss you.

Great food, friendly staff and a pool with a view of a waterhole where many animals can be spotted. Would definitely come again! The food is also great and there’s WiFi in case you can’t let go of your phone, which is really not needed in the amazing environment :)

One of my favourite hotels on Earth!! Everything was beyond phenomenal. From the rooms, to the food, to the wildlife, to the service, there is absolutely nothing I could have changed to make our stay any better. Special shoutout to Alfred who was such a gem during our whole stay, and to all who served us, including the lovely ladies who put my brother and his new wife's wedding song on during dinner to help recreate their first dance. You all made this trip truly one we can never forget - thank you to everyone there for such a memorable stay!!!

Sehr schöne Lodge mit guter Ausgangslage für das Schimpansentracking oder eine Flussfahrt. Das Essen ist überdurchschnittlich und das Personal extrem freundlich, besonders Herr Godart im Restaurant. Durch die Büsche der Anlage mampfen sich immer wieder mal freundliche Elefanten, vom Pool aus lässt sich ein Wasserloch beobachten. Die Dusche im Zimmer funktioniert leider nicht gut, die Beleuchtung ist sehr schlecht.

Le personnel est aux petits soins …toujours souriant et agréables … le site est magnifique avec une proximité des animaux étonnante … les repas sont variés préparés et présentés avec soin… les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables… bref nous recommandons ;)

Die Lodge ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen! Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich und großzügig sowie außerordentlich sauber! Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, hervorragend gelegen mit herrlichem Pool! Das Essen ist hervorragend, einheimische und internationale sehr schmackhafte Speisen! Italienische Siebträgermaschine! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Reichlich tropisches Tierleben in der Lodge!

When I traveled to Queen Elizabeth National Park, I stayed in the Buffalo Safari Lodge. It was beautiful!! The lobby and rooms are fantastic but you can’t beat watching the elephants, warthogs and buffalo roam as you eat your meal or swim by the pool. The staff was very gracious and Jesca and Godard made sure the I was comfortable and fed well! The food was great and it was the best deserts I had in Africa. Definitely hope to be back.
