"We booked a deluxe room with a balcony for 2 adults and 1 child in the west wing. Today we were given a room WITHOUT a balcony, without even being informed of this at check-in. When we asked, we received neither a plausible explanation nor an apology. The hotel employee also refused to put us in the room category we had booked and paid for. In the room we were given, it is over 30 degrees, the air conditioning does not work, and there is no mosquito net. The employee at reception initially said that someone would come to fix the air conditioning. After no one came, the same employee informed us that hotels do not have air conditioning in the spring. Again, no apology. According to the booking confirmation, we were of course given an air-conditioned room."

"Greenfield Hotel Golf & Spa on mukava hotelli, joka sijaitsee hyvin hiljaisella ja rauhallisella alueella, joka tekee siitä hyvän rentoutua. "We have never had such a negative experience with a hotel before. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving just 24 hours after checking in. A significant part of the garden was closed off due to construction work, which was a major letdown for us and especially for our children. The “dragon disco” – a favorite activity for them – wasn’t held in the park as advertised, but instead in the lobby, and only for a very short time. It felt like 1/10 of what was promised. In the evening, a sewage pipe burst in the basement near the playroom. It took an hour and a half before we were able to return to the ground floor without wading through water. To make matters worse, there was a very strong and unpleasant odor in the hallway in front of our room on the 4th floor. One positive: the bed was extremely comfortable (10/10). Overall, though, the conditions were not what we expected, and we could not stay longer."

"Sijainti on täysin Unkarin ulkopuolella ja tuntuu golfklubilla. Keittiössä on kaksi jääkaappia, yksi ei toimi, ja puhtaus näyttää tarpeen parantaa. Huonetila ei ole huono. Onko se tunne vierailla maaseutuvanhempien talon? Se oli hyvin järjestetty, mutta se tuntui puutteellisen hyvyyden."

"Avoid this hotel by any chance!! We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. 3 bugs killed in the allergy room!! Cold water in 2 out of 3 rooms 2 days Way too hot in 2x out 3 rooms even with the window open 2 out of 4 saunas were closed!! Not clean rooms (around windows) The shower heads are from the 80s This is not a 4-star hotel.. there are many other 4 star hotels in Bük which are indeed 4 star hotels. "
