The Haven

"We came to Uganda and decided to go to Jinja. We arrived at the Haven and it was just that. It was a relaxing and restful haven. The views were beautiful and the sound of the rushing water was so soothing. We went on a walk through the village, had a boat ride along the Nile and saw the beautiful birds, and had a massage. Everything was so enjoyable. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and so helpful. We highly recommend this lovely eco lodge. "

"The place is amazing. The rooms are quite spacious..my room had two beds, one being a massive 7x7 feet. They are luxurious, each with a bath tub, TV and some overlooking both the swimming pool and River Nile. Mine, Open billed stock was one. Jinja can be hot and humid but all rooms air conditioning. You can hear the sounds of birds and the Mighty River Nile whispering as you sleep. Staff were polite, probably not the best trained but were friendly a d willing to go out of their stay to make my stay special. One of the best , finest lodges in Jinja."
