Best hotel

Great place to stay, with very courteous and helpful staff. The setting, pools and view are great. Stayed here a few months ago, and noticed there is quite a bit of noise nuisance now which may not be for everybody. It may be because it was on the weekend, but the poolside music sets up a booming effect audible inside the rooms, also a nearby band rehearsing / playing late at night (adjacent premises to resort?) - bass guitar, drums and caterwauling - not good. Recommend staying Monday to Thursday if you want a quieter stay? But overall a good experience. Price is fair for what you get.

It has a beautiful pool area that could do with more shaded areas and table service , no room service between 10 pm and 7 was disappointing and our room wasn’t serviced the whole 3 nights we asked for clean towels on second night staff were lovely but the restaurant has a very limited selection as too breakfast options are poor !

The property is really nice and new though there was hair on the bathroom floor. The Filipino food served in the restaurant was very good except for their western dishes like the Cesar Salad, the dressing was too bland and tasted like oil. The price for swimming pool day use for family or friends who wants to visit is ridiculously expensive.

Overall stay was good!

Food is great but I wished they have more options to choose from specially for breakfast or a different menu each day. Travel time on nearest town is not bad at all, about 15 to 20mins drive. Laundry service is a bit pricey. They kept the place clean and they also have a nice pool. Staff are excellent and helpful with everything and we had a great time during our stay. Will definitely come back and stay here again!

Wonderful stay at the Palm. Came for a Valentine’s getaway and it really exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s quite new, very well designed, with two great pools, great staff and good dining and drinking options. It’s also peaceful,and tranquil - very relaxing. Rooms are good size, with pools view and nice breeze, and each with its own balcony. Overall security is very good, and there is plentiful parking. It’s near Lingayen, although would be great for anyone as this part of Pangasinan doesn’t have anything approaching this level of quality and environment. It isn’t that cheap, but represents outstanding value for money. Looking forward to visiting it again. Really well done!
