"Excellent hotel. I was a bit hesitant about choosing this hotel when booking, since there were no reviews at the time. But I took a chance, and it was a winner. It's nice that the hotel is new; it only opened in March, apparently, and isn't fully finished. There's no gym or sauna. Otherwise, I have no major complaints. It may not be located in the city center, but it's about a ten-minute walk to the center, and 18 minutes to the Old Town. The breakfast is decent; I'd like more fruit and vegetables, but that's just me. The staff is very helpful. It's nice that, while not very large, there's a private pool on the roof. There are a few minor niggles after the renovation, but that's just it. Overall, I recommend it."

"The view could not be more gorgeous! There was transportation available from the room to the beach at all times- hardly any waiting. Also regular boats scheduled to old town and back- only negative is that they cancel them for the entire evening if it rains for an hour. Even when the rain is resolved, even 2 hours later, the boat transportation is shut down. I still give them a 5/5 because they earned it with the service, cleanness of the hotel, the staff, and the restaurants. They even have kosher options- for those who keep kosher. The hotel is new, modern, big, yet cozy, with lots of greenery everywhere. Our friends had the larger rooms by the beach (I think a suite??) and it had a kitchenette and laundry machine. Thumbs up!"

"We have just got home from an amazing stay at the 5 star Vissi_D_Arte hotel. We booked a 4 night trip to celebrate a friends 50th birthday and we were totally spoilt for the entire time. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty and nothing was ever too much. The staff were waiting for us outside the hotel when we arrived, they would stand up when we walked into the room and they would escort us to the swimming pool, local restaurants and the port to ensure we didn't get lost. Each and every member of staff were attentive, friendly and engaging. (We will miss our chats with the very charming Peter at breakfast) The rooms and suites were extremely clean, bright and very tastefully decorated with stunning views over the Adriatic sea. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in and we all enjoyed the delicious complementary fruits and treats that were left in our room each evening. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of Budva and just a few minutes stroll into the old town. I would like to particularly thank Jovan, who for weeks before we arrived at the hotel had been recommending restaurants, beach clubs, boats trip and organising all our reservations and transport to perfection. He helped to bypass hotel check in by taking our details a few days before and organised a welcome party for the birthday girl by filling our suite with balloons, flowers, canapes, cake and champagne. He kept in constant contact with us while we were there to ensure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as special as we hoped. I can not recommend the hotel enough and I would like to thank everyone for all their efforts in making our stay an extremely memorable one. Laura x"

"I wish I had known earlier so I wouldn’t have had to stay here. The receptionist was extremely rude and impolite. Budva is a holiday town with serious parking issues, and we had specifically chosen a hotel with parking. However, because we didn’t book through “Booking”, they lied to us and didn’t allow us to use the parking lot, even though there was space available. On top of that, the receptionist threatened us with a €200 police fine. Despite advertising themselves everywhere as a multi-star hotel with parking, the place was mediocre and wouldn’t deserve more than 1.5 stars. During the room change (we were staying on the third floor), I asked if it would be a problem not to bring our heavy luggage down to reception, in case the new room would also be on an upper floor. She reassured me, saying the new room would be on a lower floor. But when I returned in the evening, I saw that she had given me another room on the third floor, just next door to the previous one. I had already carried the two large suitcases down to reception in the morning and then had to take them back up to the third floor again. I truly believe that if they had just acted like decent human beings, it wouldn’t have cost them anything."

"The room was modern and new with a lovely bathroom; however, the room itself was tiny, no more than 9 square meters! The air conditioning was stuck at 25 degrees Celsius! The hotel is beautiful, the pool is pleasant, and all the staff are friendly. The breakfast is very good with plenty of choice. The location is excellent, perfect for walking to the seafront where all the tourist activity is located: the beach, restaurants... and the refrigerator, which is very noisy, louder than the air conditioning running at full blast."

"Hotelli kokemukset ovat kaksi. Toisaalta hotelli on uusi, sijaitsee lähellä merta, on sisä- ja avoimessa uima-allas, useita saunaa, kylpyhuone. Uima-altaat ja sauna hotellivierailijoille on ilmainen. Erinomainen ruokalaatu ravintolassa (otettu puoli-pansiolla). Alhaalta: Puhdistaa huoneita lähtee haluavat parasta (ei siivota lattiaa, ei voi poistaa roskakorista), 8 päivän oleskelua kaikessa, he eivät ole muuttaneet vaatteitaan. Kun jääkaappi ja turvalaite eivät toimineet, jääkaappi korvattiin ja turvalaite korjattiin hoidon jälkeen. Hotelli oli täynnä ennen kieltäytymistä, ja vain yksi lry oli jatkuvasti kiireinen. Ruokailussa ravintolassa oli niin paljon ihmisiä, että oli vaikea löytää ilmainen pöytä (joissakin tapauksissa lähes mahdotonta). Ruokailuaika 18.30 - 20.30 on liian lyhyt ravintolaan vierailijoiden määrälle."

"We booked this hotel based on photos in reviews. Indeed, everything was as pictured, but there were some nuances. **Pros:** 1. **Close to the sea:** About a 10-minute walk. 2. **Spacious parking:** The hotel has its own large parking area. 3. **Responsive manager:** Always available and ready to assist with any questions. 4. **Large room:** The room turned out to be bigger than it appeared in the photos. **Cons:** 1. **Housekeeping:** The manager initially promised room cleaning every 2-3 days. We stayed for 11 days, and cleaning only happened twice, both times at our request. 2. **Pillows:** The pillows were simply enormous. On the 3rd or 4th day, I asked for smaller pillows, but this request was ignored. Perhaps it was my fault for not reminding them daily. After a week, I reminded them again, and smaller pillows were finally provided, making sleep much more comfortable. 3. **Balcony access:** The bed is wide, which prevents the balcony door from opening fully, which is inconvenient. I almost injured my leg once. 4. **Bathroom:** The bathroom is extremely small. The door also doesn't open completely because it opens inwards. I'm not sure why it wasn't designed to open outwards... Firstly, it's very close to the toilet. Secondly, it bumps into the water heater, which is located near the ceiling. As a result, you can't properly enter or exit with the door fully open. It either hits the water heater and doesn't open, or you try to maneuver around it and bump into the toilet, making it difficult to move freely in such a confined space. Also, there was a very unpleasant sewage smell once, but something was apparently done outside, and the smell disappeared. There was also a water leak from the toilet or somewhere outside; the manager looked at it and said it was a first and he would look into it. However, the water was never wiped up and continued to accumulate. 5. **Electronic lock:** We had trouble getting into our room 2 or 3 times. There were issues with either the key or the lock, it's unclear. They simply replaced our keys and then entered some password. This wasn't just our problem; neighbors also experienced it, as the soundproofing is poor. More on that next. 6. **Poor soundproofing:** It's noisy outside with loud motorcycles and loud people. Someone might be singing drunk in the street, and so on. In any case, everything was audible as if it were happening right on our balcony. The door and windows let in all sounds. You can also clearly hear neighbors walking in the hallway and talking loudly. There were also some thumping noises at night. In short, if you're a light sleeper, you won't get a peaceful night's rest. Overall, it's a negative rating. One could say it's on par with a 3-star hotel, but with significant issues."
