I do not usually leave any reviews, but this time is exceptional. We travelled as a big group - two families consisting of six adults and three kids. We booked two apartments, each with two rooms. We weren't loud, slept at nights, most of the time spent somewhere else. I'll start from advantages. - Great location. The old town just behind the corner. - There is almost everything you might need for a long stay in the apartment (if you don't plan some serious cooking) - Grocery store next to the hotel if you want to buy some snack or refreshment - Nice beaches nearby - The big balcony - The room was cleaning every day Disadvantages: - It was not possible to sleep with the windows open due to excessive noise throughout the night. The noise is coming from restaurants and bars in the square adjacent to the Old Town. - The staff was not proficient in English; we communicated through Google Translate, which was strange, especially for someone working in a hotel where guests from various countries must be accommodated. - The receptionist was not friendly; they raised their voice towards our kids and expressed irritation when kids touched things and wandered around. - Reception is only open for limited hours: from 9 am to 14 pm and 17 pm to 20 pm. Also, if you need to keep your luggage in the locker room, it may need to be picked up during working hours. - The staff may have complaints against you for any reason: 1. They said that there was a weird smell in our toilet, and the cleaning lady spent two hours getting rid of it. In fact, this smell was there from the first day. We thought it was coming up from the sewage system, but apparently, they didn't clean it up properly before we moved in. 2. They said that the pillowcases were dirty and we had to pay for them. My 5-year-old niece had pink hair, and sometimes when she sweats while sleeping, it can extract some color from her hair. (As mentioned before, it was impossible to sleep with open windows due to the noise, but with closed windows, it was a bit too hot.) They said that we had to pay for it. Really? They apparently never heard of cleaning being included in the price of the room. 3. On the fourth day, the cleaning lady took a picture of a puddle of water next to the coffee machine and we were told that our coffee maker was leaking because we broke it. In fact, we only used it once on the first day, and it couldn't leak after because there was simply no water. 4. They also complained that we had gnawed on the phone cord. After they complained, I went to check it but couldn't find any damage on the cord. Moreover, our kids have passed the age of putting everything in their mouth. 5. The only damage we can admit to is that the curtain rod slightly separated from the ceiling because our kid sat on the curtains. 6. An interesting fact about a misunderstanding due to the receptionist's poor English: we asked for hair conditioner, but they brought us three small bottles of shampoo instead. We also as
