Here atm . Caravan Is lovely, very clean. However the bar / clubhouse leaves a lot to be desired. 2 members of staff on , not 1 of them clearing tables. It's just a mess !!! Along with the fact THERE IS NO MIXER SOFT DRINKS , apparently awaiting the mechanic. No lemonade to even make a shandy. Not impressed so far

Excellent van, spotlessly clean,very well equipped, with an outstanding sea view. Very helpful reception staff. A really good resort, well looked after with good facilities. It is a great base for touring this beautiful part of the world. This is not the first time we have stayed here, and it will definitely not be the last.

Would definitely come back. Food- very tasty and quick service. Kids entertainment- Owen and Lucy were so enthusiastic and all the kids seemed to have a fab time at the mini disco. Swimming - the indoor pool is lovely, not huge so book a session. Accommodation- we stayed in Bude 2 (plot 100) and it was nice and clean, had lovely views and was toasty and warm. General facilities- reception has a small shop for things like milk, bread etc Value for money - really good value for money Our stay was in between Christmas and New Year and it was nice and quiet

On arrival I pre booked swimming for the Saturday morning. I was told the pool was closed on the Friday when we arrived. We stayed in a lodge which on first inspection was clean. The aerial on the to didn’t work and the cutlery was filthy. A lot of missing utensils and plates etc. this was a let down because we stayed in a lodge last year and it was perfect. Saturday morning arrives and we received a telephone call stating there was an issue with the pool overnight and our swimming session was cancelled. We took our children to the park instead of swimming to find it all roped off. The only thing usable was a singular set of swings and a climbing frame. When we went into reception to ask about this, we were told it had been closed since April as it needed refurbing. We also asked about the swimming pool and it had been closed since Tuesday (the day we asked was Saturday) what really annoyed me is the receptionist took my booking the day before for swimming knowing full well we couldn’t be able to go and it would have to be cancelled. The only other thing on site for my children was the soft play and at 5 and 8 years old they were too old to enjoy this. Trying to make the best out of a bad situation, we tried to go into the evening entertainment on Saturday to be greeted with a sign stating it was closed due to a wedding reception. No prior notice of this what so ever and when I asked staff apparently they only found out that day that they had a wedding reception!!! I work in hospitality and know this isn’t the truth at all! We had booked through hoseasons. I contacted hoseasons who couldn’t do anything. The staff at the park wouldn’t do anything. Needless to say we left early Saturday evening so we paid a lot of money for one night stay. We’ve have been staying at this park for years. I will never return. Avoid at all costs!

This was my first time staying here and at a static caravan park so I didn't know what to expect. Firstly the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and were able to accommodate my request for an early morning arrival. For the price I paid (albeit, off season) I was very impressed with the static. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The park is right next to the beach and has ship, a pool, a restaurant etc. overall I was very impressed and would recommend.
