The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was super convenient. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere after a long day out. Would definitely consider coming back!

Clean hotel with big rooms, and looks quite new. Breakfast had good variety. However, the location is a bit further away from the centre.

The hotel's a 20-minute walk from the train station. The street's kinda quiet, even though the trolleybus runs by. We got a room for disabled people, even though we didn't need it. It was big, quiet, and clean. The bed was a bit hard for me, but that's just me. Breakfast was amazing. And the receptionist was super nice. I totally recommend it and would love to go back..

Nice stay

Newley renovated, very clean and comfortable hotel. Public transport connections to the main attractions were numerous and easy. Would certainly stay again.

還算不錯吧，靠近英雄廣場，比較方便，但周邊吃飯餐廳少，斜對面街口有個中國超市。 清潔服務和早餐都還可以吧，最不滿意就是浴室太太太小了，胖子估計剛剛塞滿…… 退房時想要個水單（不是發票），前晚上的服務小姐説可以打印，第二天早上退房時給我們，等第二天早上退房時，換了個前台小姐，怎麼説她都沒有，她説衹有確認郵件，很無語。

衞生：很差很差，在房間看到了蟑螂🪳，後續退房後發現蟎蟲重度過敏症狀，在提供症狀照片且之前相應診斷證明後，酒店方面推卸責任，不承認酒店衞生問題，不願意承擔任何損失。 四星🌟級酒店🏨出來旅遊 重度過敏，還要自己承擔就醫和後續疤痕修復的費用 差評❌❌❌❌

酒店比較新，工作人員nice，房間舒適，早餐種類比較多，吃的不錯。附近過大馬路是布達佩斯城市公園，風景不錯，英雄廣場也在旁邊。早起去逛逛挺好

酒店看起來很古老，但是裝修很新，入住體驗很好。坐車也很方便。布達佩斯整體建築風格都是很統一，保留了原本的歐洲建築風格。

酒店距離英雄廣場很近，酒店的設施還算是比較新的，早餐也還可以，但最滿意的是整個旅程中最熱情的服務人員，感覺非常好
