I am however sorry to hear that you couldnt set up your room temparature up to your like. I am also sorry to hear you had some irritation on your skin after your stay. Pls note we have regular checks for bed bugs also yearly dusting in every room to prevent bed bugs in the room and we dont have any visible treats in any of our room, however I instructed another deep check in our hotel after your information. I am also sorry that you have been disturbed by HK colleagues bit too early for you. I have spoken to Houskeeping Manager to remind our cleaners to do their routin checks with more care.
