All was good, location,cleanliness,staff and breakfast. Bad was street noice in early hours. Would definitely recommend requesting a room at the back to avoid this.

Abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra bimba di un anno; l’hotel è in una posizione ottima, vicino alla metro e alle fermate di tram e autobus. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa e con una piccola cucina dotata di bollitore, piano cottura, frigorifero e forno a microonde. La camera e l’hotel sono puliti, la colazione è varia, sia dolce sia salata. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile. Unica pecca: la moquette nelle stanze che è sempre poco igienica e alcune cose avrebbero bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione, come nel nostro caso la porta del bagno.

Holiday Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff but WiFi in the room we stayed in not great. Maybe because we faced the garden and enclosed high walls!

This hotel is a hidden treasure off Dob Utca about 8 minutes walk from Oktogon. The room was large, clean, well equipped, warm and includes a very useful kitchenette, should you wish to eat in on any occasion. The bed was pleasantly firm but only supplied with 1 pillow per person. Breakfast is served between 8 & 10 and is a pleasant buffet. We arrived quite late (around 10pm) when reception had already closed & had to ring a telephone number to obtain a code to get onto the building & check ourselves into our room which felt a bit AirBnB-ish but the surprise of finding our room so well equipped made up for that. Overall, a highly recommended & very affordable accommodation option in Budapest.

Concern About Room Cleanliness I’m reaching out regarding our recent four-night stay at your hotel. My girlfriend and I were really looking forward to our time there, but unfortunately, we ran into an issue that made our stay less enjoyable. When we arrived, we noticed the bed in our room was full of hairs, which was quite unsettling. It gave the impression that the linens hadn’t been properly cleaned, and it made it hard for us to feel comfortable or get a good night’s sleep. To be honest, this was especially frustrating because a similar situation happened at another hotel earlier on this trip, and it has made what should have been a relaxing vacation unnecessarily stressful. Sleep is such an important part of any trip, and it’s disappointing when something so basic gets in the way. We wanted to share this feedback so it can hopefully be addressed for future guests. Considering how this impacted our stay, we’d appreciate it if you could let us know if there’s anything that can be done to make up for the experience. Thank you for your time and understanding.
