Please note,that the luggages in your room was caused by an unfortunate system error, which has been solved immeadiatelly, please accept my deepest apology for this.Regarding the room next to the staff storage, I am sorry if it was not up to your liking. Please note that we have exactly the same room next to staff storage on each floor (6 floors) and our avarage occupancy is 80%. This means that weekly arond 25 guests get the same room, of course from different nationalities without accusing our hotel to be discriminative. We also handle guests the same way in our outlets.
