Es ist einfach perfekt für unsere Weihnachtszeit im Hotel Dorothea. Ich fühle mich sehr herzlich willkommen. Sehr freundliches und gut ausgebildetes Personal. Die Lage ist TOP! Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr sauber! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke Dorothea Team!

酒店工作人員不友好，連續入住5天，退房時請求延遲退房1小時都不同意。早餐廳服務又慢又差，點一個omlet要等半小時，而且早餐選擇也不多，味道很一般，價格卻不便宜。很多小細節都讓客人覺得一點不温暖。

My experience with this hotel was terrible. Absolutely arrogant attitude of employees. They have also charged us twice for one of the rooms and didn’t commit to the mistake. Only via the phone they have apologized and said they will fix everything, but via email they never did. During breakfast I had to ask three times for our table to be cleaned from previous people and staff was walking like they are in their sleep.
