We were happy with this hotel for the amount of money we paid .

Hotel kept our booking despite late arrival thanks to help from Trip.com customer service. Love the hotel in general. Location is close to Old Town about 10 min walk. Morning receptionist a little bit cold. Food very good!

Hotel ist klein, aber schön. Frühstück war gut, auch für Vegetarier angepasst. Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti nel mese di ottobre 2024. Letto matrimoniale scomodissimo. Divano letto con materassino inesistente, praticamente dormi sui ferri. Bagno con vasca priva di tenda, perennemente allagato. Sanitari del 1800 con relativi rubinetti con muffa di cui allego foto. Bagno senza bidet. Esperienza pessima, ad un prezzo sproporzionato rispetto a quanto fornito.

Ωραίο κατάλυμα, σε εξαιρετική θέση για περιήγηση στην πόλη, ήσυχο και πολύ καθαρό. Πολύ καλή πρόσβαση σε συγκοινωνία, 15 λεπτά από την παλιά πόλη και σε μικρή απόσταση από πολλά αξιοθέατα. Ευγενικό προσωπικό με καλά αγγλικά. Το πρωινό πολύ ικανοποιητικό.

Hotel is extremely dirty in the sense that it has been neglected over the years. I had a reaction on my skin from just entering the room for 5 minutes as long as it took me to understand it is connecting room which I don’t like and asked for a change. Within this period of time I started suffocating and had extreme reacting couldn’t breath, skin rash, on my forehand and neck. Nose congestion- they haven’t even offered me a glass of water for the medicines that I had with me. I am not allergic on regular basis other than certain plants but not to this extent! Manager had no interest whatsoever in solving the issue and offered an upgrade as if I had made a drama to go to the better room. Entering door are not functioning - any of the new age hostels is better and cleaner than this for sure. I am really curious which standards they satisfy. The reality is there is no better room in this hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel. I have worked in the hotel industry for many years and this is on the 2 star level. They have said that they have minibar , caffe which they do but minibar is one on the reception and the caffe bar is not working besides serving the breakfast. There is caffe no nothing you can buy from the mini bar at the reception very likely but my decision was not to leave a penny here. I would not recommend to stay at this hotel even if you got it for free. Because it has no stairs - one elevator, poor hygiene and sanitation conditions - I am not sure how even they got conditions for the 4 star hotel which are international. This is a disgrace and such a poor and sad situation when they pay no intrest in handling the guest request. Manager hidden himself on the “meeting at 17:00” It was very clear that my rate was non refundable but I was very clear and there was no doubt in my medical condition that I got almost anaphylactic pre shock condition - which is something else. While writing this I have already booked and paid other hotel, but they have never showed up with no remorse whatsoever. This people shouldn’t be in the hotel business industry.

This is an ok hotel very conveniently located. I was lucky I had a room facing an internal well. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom dated but everything worked. However others in the group were not so fortunate and had noisy rooms overlooking the street. Breakfast however was truly awful. The room and nearby areas are very small, totally inadequate for the volume of people at the peak time of 8.30am. To cap it all the coffee machine broke down. What should have been a relaxing experience became very stressful.

Hotel viejo. Bien ubicado para ir andando al casco histórico. -Las habitaciones amplias, techos muy altos, muebles decadentes. -No tiene cafetería, una pequeña recepción y nada más. - El baño con ducha, grifos de cobre, no muy amplio -El comedor para el desayuno es una zona de paso en la que hay 6 o 7 mesas nada mas. La primera noche en Bucarest nos dieron una habitación que al menos estaba limpia, aunque parecía que habíamos retrocedido varios años en el tiempo, estuvimos bien. A la vuelta del circuito, la cosa ya no fue igual, Habitación sucia, cortinas con manchas de vete tu a saber qué, el baño desvencijado sin espejo o baldas para poner el jabón en la ducha. La cama con ruedas que se desplazaba con cualquier movimiento. No volveré a este hotel, los hay mucho mejores por la zona

Purtroppo c'è ben poco da fare, la pulizia è pari allo 0 suppongo in quanto sono stato letteralmente invaso dagli insetti, posizione buona, colazione standard e personale abbastanza cordiale, ma quando viene a mancare il confort di stare nel pulito non bastano queste cose.
