A very dreamy property full of history and with gorgeous interiors. Very comfortable. Wonderful hosts who spend time to chat with you during breakfast and help with any inquiries. A great place for a romantic getaway.

Great stay Lovely friendly hosts and excellent breakfast. No restaurant but Troyes is nearby. Characterful old place to stay dating back to the 16th Century. Quite an experience. Very comfortable bed.

We enjoyed our stay at the Chateau des Roises very much. Monsieur & Madame were delightful, and great conversationalists. The room was beyond perfect. Do note: no credit cards accepted.

A lovely gem of a place, hidden back from the main road. Owners only speak French, but are incredibly welcoming and very friendly. We use Google translate to make it easier to understand each other! The location is very picturesque and full of charm. The rooms are eclectic and interestingly decorated. Very clean and well equipped. No dinner is available but lots of restaurants locally to easily travel to. Breakfast was superb and in a beautiful redeveloped barn. Definitely visit again if we can. Thank you !

We really enjoyed our night here. The chateau is delightful, close to Troyes but deep in the countryside and very peaceful. Our room was huge with openable windows on all sides, and equipped with high-quality antique furniture and objets d’art. The double bed was really comfortable. The owners were friendly and welcoming, and we had long chats with them in the evening and at breakfast. We don’t eat heavily in the morning, and the selection of breads and croissants, with homemade jam, was just what we wanted. We found everything to be perfect, but there is a caveat for people with limited mobility; our room was at the top of two flights of a creaky wooden staircase, and the combination bath / shower had high sides that some might find tricky to climb over.
