Vista Vallarta All Suites on the Beach

El hotel es excelente para descansar. Mi reservación era para dos personas y el bungalow era para 5 al mismo precio así que mi mamá y yo estuvimos en un departamento enorme. Todo muy completo y funcional. La atención del personal fue maravillosa. Lo que podría mejorar mucho es el menú y el bar. Las bebidas un poco caras para lo que eran, por ejemplo una naranjada mineral era vil jugo 19 hermanos con un hielo en un vasito de plástico de menos de 200 ml y costaba 60 pesos. Opté por surtir mis propios alimentos ya que hay una cocina funcional en el bungalow. Lo mejor fue que no hay música, la gente no hacía ruido más allá de lo normal en la alberca. Eso me hizo descansar a comparación de otros hoteles cerca o en Vallarta que siempre tienen música a todo volumen y no te dejan leer o escuchar tu propia playlist o simplemente escuchar las olas del mar. La playa está llena de piedras en TODO Bucerías debido a un huracán hace un año, eso me comentaron los locales. Para que tengan eso en cuenta ya que se necesitan zapatos acuáticos para entrar al mar. Ojalá que los hoteles se puedan unir y meter maquinaria para arreglar eso ya que se ve muy fea la playa así. Sé que esto no depende de este hotel por lo que es un consejo independiente par las autoridades hoteleras.

Second visit here in 8 years. The spacious rooms spoiled us - full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. The first reservation was great but we wanted to stay longer so management gave us another room - this one all redone inside, white, bright, and comfortable. The pool is sparkling clean and the grounds immaculate. Every room has a view of the ocean. We can't wait to go back again.

Accomodations in W Bucerias are clean and basic. On property restaurant is pretty good, pool and spa are good. Beach is walkable but rocky. Restaurants and shopping within a mile. Balcony was nice. Mini-splits in each bedroom and living area. Service was responsive and good.

This hotel is on the beach but the review said a sandy beach and it was very rocky and hard to walk on. It is super old and in need of a major upgrade. Beds were horrible even after getting a foamy. No hairdryer and it took me 3 times asking to get one. We had to ask for a shower head as it shot water on the wall only. No face clothes, one steak knife for a sharp knife, toaster oven that didn’t work well. The fridge froze our fruits. On top of that, they wouldn’t give us their internet rate. So for 4 adults, we paid double! Go to a different place. 😎 it’s right in the 200 highway and you won’t get any sleep. Beautiful views from our room didn’t outweigh the negative parts.

La verdad esperaba poco de este hotel y salí sorprendido!!! Fuimos dos familias y nos dieron una suite familiar muy agusto y grande la cual estaba recién remodelada.Tiene todo para hacerte sentir como si estuvieras en casa....Literal La alberca superlimpia y en general las instalaciones del hotel muy agradables!!! Hay servicio de restaurant con precios bastante accesibles y la comida en general es bastante buena!! La playa superbonita e ideal para que los peques se diviertan ya que está muy muy tranquila prácticamente sin olas. No doy la máxima puntuación por el detalle de que el hotel está en remodelación y prácticamente todo el día hay albañiles y ruidos propios de la construcción lo que no hace tan agradable la estancia durante el día en la alberca..única sugerencia...pongan esto en su página mínimo para saber a qué se atiene uno al reservar En general hotel agradable y sobre todo muy práctico para viajes en familia...Recomendado sin duda!!!

This place was awful! I booked a room here for 7 nights and was placed in an old worn out room with most awful decor that you’ve ever seen. After complaining to the front desk, I was able to upgrade to a remodeled room for an extra $30 usd per night. The food was lousy none of the taxi drivers even knew how to get to this dump, it was like Bucerias was in another planet than The surrounding cities. The housekeeper “cleaned” our room 2 out of the 7 nights we were there and would never leave face towels even after tracking her down for doing her job. I would have to go to the front desk for towels ( which they don’t have) and tell them that our room needs towels, she would then show up 1-2 later with large towels that we already had. The bartenders and the waitresses are very nice, but kind of on the slow side. I just don’t recommend this place to anyone, unless you’re from there. I have never had a bad time in Mexico, but my experience with this place makes me not want to come back again.

I booked the Hotel over their own web page were they advertised free cancelation. But it is falls advertisement. They charge a fee for cancelation. As well advertised that if you pay with Credit Card you will be charged at the time of check in. Falls advertisement as well, they charged the Full amount right away. I canceled within 24 hours. very disappointing !

While vacationing in Puerto Vallarta we were interested in visiting Bucerias. The Vista Vallarta All Suites on the Beach was of interest to us because of the location away from the hustle and bustle of Bucerias. We went to the hotel to check it out. We were greeted by the manager, Geraldo, who showed us around the property, the different rooms available, the pool area, and beach area. This is an older and quiet resort on the beach. Some of the suites have been renovated and are beautiful. There is a new tower of Junior Suites, no kitchenette, but all rooms view the ocean. The pool, palapa and bar area are first class. We had a short visit with Geraldo at the pool palapa where he impressed us with his music selections on the big screen tv. The bartender and hotel staff were very friendly. We will definitely be booking a stay at this resort when we return to Mexico in the fall. You need to check it out!

Vista Vallarta is a gem of a place in the northern part of Bucerias. Far enough away from the central part of town but close enough to walk to various restaurants. Very affordable and extremely clean and quiet with most rooms having kitchens and multiple bedrooms. The staff is very professional and accommodating from Sofia at reservations to the restaurant staff of Carlos, Paulette and Oscar. Happy hour from noon till 7pm is a plus. Enjoyed our time and would love to return.
