I booked 2 rooms in this hotel in February 2022 for our stay at August 8 and 9. On the 8 of August they cancelled our room. After phone call they told me that they have new rates(more expensive). I have to book again. I was already on my way to the hotel, so I decided to visit them for an explanation. The guy at the reception was rude and didn't want to explain anything. When I asked for the manager, he told me that he was the manager. Unbelievable!!! This could not be true. I left the hotel and decide to search for another hotel
