We stayed 3 nights here while visiting Bruges. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fantastic with great options and even fresh squeezed orange juice. I can‘t remember the name of the staff who checked us in, but she took such good care of us while we were there. Thank you! Also, the location is convenient, just steps away from the Market Square and easy access to dining and shopping options. We walked everywhere. We parked just around the corner in a public, covered garage. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Will definitely come back to this hotel next time we are in Bruges. Great location, comfortable bed, plenty to eat for breakfast in the most bright and lovely dinning room. Lots of hot water for the shower but we had to climb in the tub! Plenty of room to hang your clothes and store your bags.

Met 2 vrienden wezen bierbrouwen in Brugge en er een mooi weekendje van gemaakt. Heel fijn hotel. Lekker centraal gelegen, fijne kamers en bedden. Vriendelijke service. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. De badkamers zagen er ook supergoed uit en de douche was heerlijk

Wir haben ein Wochenende in diesem kleinen, zentral gelegenen Hotel verbracht. Die Lage ist super, aber die Art und Weise, wie wir als Gäste behandelt wurden, war schlichtweg inakzeptabel! Beim ersten Gespräch, als wir der Besitzerin mitteilten, dass unsere Heizung nicht funktioniert und wir die ganze Nacht gefroren haben, wurde sie sofort unverschämt und unterstellte uns, wir würden lügen. Sie behauptete, dass alles funktionieren würde, weil es bei ihr immer angenehm warm sei. Erst nach mehrfacher Bitte erklärte sie sich bereit, das zu überprüfen. Im zweiten Gespräch, am selben Tag, wurde sie noch unverschämter. Sie betonte mehrfach, dass unsere Aussage eine Lüge sei – sie hätte bereits kontrolliert und es sei alles in Ordnung. Sie hörte uns einfach nicht zu. Erst als sie sich doch anhörte, was wir sagten, bemerkte sie, dass sie das falsche Zimmer kontrolliert hatte!! Hätte sie mal zugehört ;) Unsere Heizung war tatsächlich ausgefallen! Das Problem wurde anschließend behoben, aber eine Entschuldigung blieb aus – weder für ihr respektloses Verhalten noch dafür, dass wir frieren mussten. So ein unprofessionelles Verhalten ist ein NO GO! Ich kenne es aus anderen Hotels, egal ob groß oder klein, anders. Ich erwarte als Gast einen professionellen Umgang – stattdessen wurden wir auf eine Art behandelt, die völlig inakzeptabel ist!

Perfect for Christmas Markets Great hotel right in the middle of Bruges. Veronique was a lovely hostess and the room was very clean and well equipped. My car was also able to be stored in the garage with 24/7 key code access which was great. We went for the Christmas Markets and this hotel is a stones throw away from the larger market with lots of shops and restaurants within a minutes walk.

Prettig verblijven midden in de stad Alles klopte, parkeren gemakkelijk om de hoek in de parkeergarage. Complimenten! (Misschien een extra koffiemachine voor als het druk is)

Loved this stay in the City. Staff very helpful, breakfast had many tasty choices. We were able to walk safely at night and were near to all the things we wanted to see. The room was well appointed and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

Bien placé mais bruyant Hôtel bien placé mais chambre côté rue petite et surtout extrêmement bruyante (réveil à 7 h du matin avec le roulement des voitures sur les pavés, le passage des bus, ...)

Fabulous place Very friendly staff and great service. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was delicious. Rooms were spacious and clean. Waking distance to main market and all around Bruges. I would definitely stay there again.

Leuk hotel in mooie omgeving Heel leuk hotel met ruime kamers. De omgeving is lekker rustig en toch heel dicht op het centrum. Douchen in bad is niet helemaal mijn ding, maar het was erg schoon en netjes onderhouden. We hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad. Brugge is dan ook een hele leuke en mooie stad.

Hôtel bien placé en centre ville Accueil glacial qui s'est amélioré par la suite. La chambre au dernier étage est agréable mais surchauffée, malgré le ventilateur mis à disposition. Bon petit-déjeuner.
